You can try lying face down on a rock etc. hang your arm straight down, and try to relax, sometimes the shoulder can pop back in by itself. Typically you've torn tendons in an accident so it can be very very painful. If someone is with you, you can try relaxing the arm and they can pull down on it quickly and it can pop back into place. All this sounds very easy but it's not.
