I'd call that physical attraction. Having a crush on someone means that you have feelings for them not only based on looks but also personality and interests. Overall, a crush is someone who you want to get to know better even if you already know them.
A crush is someone you want to be in a romantic relationship with, thinking someone is hot means you just want to be in a physical relationship.

I'm a contradictory person I like being alone and doing stuff by myself but I get lonely usually. I find it hard to establish and build relations with others, I usually keep to myself because I'm afraid of being rejected, etc. I can't even make a friend, maybe temporarily but never anything long lasting. I just think I'm destined to be alone because of my inability to really connect with anyone.
i feel the same way honestly. my friends have always changed as the years went by so i feel like im destined to be alone. ive even hidden my interests and shaped myself to be “normal” so people would like me, but even that has never worked out. sad times.

Okay, so there's this girl that I really like since grade 7, we had only 1 ONE casual interaction in grade 7 and I liked her immediately, we never had one in 8th grade, then on our 9th grade she liked a friend of mine, but before that, I had a chance to gather up courage and tell her that I liked her, and so I did, and so I did, get rejected, I don't know if rejected is the right word since she never answered, she just looked at me and her eyebrows became magnets and went inside the room, but she and her crush never worked so, on the 10th grade we had ALOT of interactions ALOT on the second half atleast, on the first, she kinda gave her crush a chance but again it never worked out, so we talked and talked I became really open to her, and there it was, she started to shove me off whenever I start to talk to her if her friends are there and theres a lot of people present, I felt crushed of course, but then I went up to her and became sincere about why she did it and I told her that if my company is annoying her, I can just yeet myself out of her vicinity, and there she went. She confessed to me, she said she did that so that no one will notice that she started to like me since she really hated be back then. So my advice, don't eat peanut butter and sandwich

I remember I had a crush on this girl (okay… maybe I still do have a little bit of a thing for her) who sat next to me in my English class a couple years ago. She was so sweet, so pretty, and our personalities meshed really well, but we never really became friends, unfortunately for me.
