But maybe they won't think it's actually the person they are seeing from real life visiting the dream and that they just subconsciously had that person in their dreams

I think that this could definitely work as a podcast as long as they bring different elements into like unfiltered laughter and banter to really help you visualize the scene. I do agree that the animation really helps because if people dont know what thier talking about then they have an exampls to go off of. Kinda like the Trolley episode, never heard of that moral question I wouldn't know what it looked like.

U can try this, its the best way... Set a alarm 4 hours b4 sleeping, close the alarm without opening your eyes after 4 hours of sleep, then focus on your breathing till your body paralyses (body sleeps)
Lucid dreaming is nuts, but I hate how inconsistent it is.

You do see it as weird you can just control it. At least that’s how it worked for me.
