- This is a continuation of the barn find Honda CT70 that Patrick Wells and I got to spit fire, in a previous video. Follow along to see the build process and keep your fingers crossed that it continues to go as smoothly as the disassembly in this video.

Hey Mike I restored a 1972 C70, then bought a 2023 Trail 125, now I’ve acquired a 1972 Ct 70 and am restoring that. It was you that got me hooked! Don’t know if I should thank you or curse you!! Just kidding it’s been so much fun and joy and a great addition to retirement activities.
"It's got a little custom bend in it." Hilarious! Thanks!
Like your videos, I still have my honda trail 70. Was my first bike. I'll have to check the tag but I believe it's a 1971. Learning a lot from your videos.
Valve adjustment tool inside that tool bag. Crescent wrench not part of it. There would be a black plastic handle that is not in the bag. That would hold the two screwdriver bits. The bag is in awesome shape. Honda had set these things up to be worked on. I am so looking forward to meeting you Mike. These are all the things that when I was 10, that had help me decide my career path! All the years I have been working on these things, the stories that can be told! Nice bike Mike!
I have a 77' CT-70 trail bike, that I will be fixing up; I like your 77' in the background, looks Great!
Mike, Look closely in the upper cover of that bag there is a valve guage there too.
nice project ..original tools are worth it too..
I love when a bike cooperates, unfortunately not many do. It certainly does appear to want to live again. Can't wait to see you work your magic! 😎
I got a red one that could be it's twin in condition.
Love Marci Junebug, sir been watching her for years so much talent
Nice video. Thank you for taking the time to make and post. I have several of these little Honda mini bikes laying around. I need to do something with someday. Hard to find the time.
Definitely will be a nice rider 👍🏾
Great video Mike. Glad I had the opportunity work with you to give her that first breath of life after sitting for who knows how long. That tool kit is a gem as I'm sure you've figured out now. Anxious to see the final product when you're done with it!
this is going to be fun
🛑🛑 Great Video Mike!👍
So satisfying to clean up the dirt on that bike I would love to see a video of you cleaning her!
Incredible timing on this series! I’m putting together my first K0 right now, looks identical to this one but made 2 months earlier. Following along!
I just bought a 1974 ct70 sat in shed for 35 years and got it running. $350 Im up to 700 into it so far.
Fantastic video! Maybe one day I can see the shop and the collection! Keep up the great work! Cheers from Louisville Ky!
