Love the workout. As an unretired senior I do it twice a week. Then I use my elliptical 3 to 4 times a week as well. Well you are definitely not seniors, I'd like to see a couple of more 25 to 30 minute full body dumbbell workouts specific to seniors. Keep up the good work.😀
Can you please explain for me the difference between this video with no repeats versus doing reps and sets ???. I thought reps/sets were needed to build some muscle. thank you in advance.
