    I love the workouts guys! I will have to do this one today after work. I would also like to say, I love your 20,25 and 30 min full body hitt dumbbell workouts! I would love to see more of these. I keep losing weight thanks to you guys! I appreciate you!

    Thank you for including a warm up. I always forget with other You Tube classes. I am a senior who works out regularly, but this was a great Sunday morning routine. I can see I have progressed to heavier weights. Yay for me!!

    Love the workout. As an unretired senior I do it twice a week. Then I use my elliptical 3 to 4 times a week as well.
    Well you are definitely not seniors, I'd like to see a couple of more 25 to 30 minute full body dumbbell workouts specific to seniors.

    Can you please explain for me the difference between this video with no repeats versus doing reps and sets ???. I thought reps/sets were needed to build some muscle. thank you in advance.
