Perfect! I love all your workouts and have for a very long time. I appreciate the specific details you give in your training. The white shorts were a bonus!😃
I’m wondering what weight you are using for those dumbbells. Not sure if you mentioned it and I missed it. I’m using 20 pound dns at the moment. Great workout!
Please start telling us how much weight you're using for each exercise. I know it's a matter of individual preference but it's still informative. It helps in the department of setting goals.
I am using 20s and 30s. The reason I stay away from it is more than not wanting people to try it. Often times we will film two to three workouts in a day or film after our personal workouts. So the weight might be light for me when it’s my first workout but moderate or heavy a few workouts in. But I can try to mention it more often.
@@ACHVPEAK Thank you. Your reply leads me to a question. In this video, you mentioned that you had worked out the previous day. I was told that it is not good to lift weights everyday, unless you work different muscle groups. This is because we need to give the muscles a rest. Do you agree with that? I'm asking because it sounds like you do this everyday.
You can work a muscle multiple days in a row. I think you need to asses whether its appropriate or not. If a muscle is very sore you might give it a day or two rest. If its slightly sore you could work it again. Certainly, at some point, you would need to rest the muscle. Think about runners for second. Many run multiple days in a row and never give their legs a break. Running is in a sense nothing more than a high volume leg workout. I will say that when I know I plan to work a muscle multiple days in a row I do plan around it. I try to minimize soreness and if I do become more sore than anticipated I will modify the next workout.
Great workout, great that you are previewing the next exercise in a little window. Really helps me to prepare for the next set.
