Overnight oats mixed with nuts, seeds, greek yogurt can be a nutrition dense food that is also good for the gut. If someone wants to further reduce their sugar spike, apple cider vinegar half hour before food has been seen to reduce such spikes significantly. In the end please remember that carbs are not the enemy. We need carbs to feel satiated. If you are planning to have only Nuts followed by whole fruits as breakfast, please check out the impact of oxalates in nuts and the requirement of minimum amount of calcium in your diet. There are research papers on that. Also do remember that a handful of nuts will not have enough fiber to reduce the sugar spike that will occur when you have the whole fruit. Additionally there are also research papers on how the body is impacted when you consume coffee as the first meal of your day. In the end, please focus both on managing your sugar spike and also your gut health.

@ I seriously doubt if the GI will have any significant impact because it is soaked overnight even in nut milk. Like u said adding overall healthy fats/protien/fiber rich foods to oats can reduce the GI impact. Appreciate your response and I overall liked the video.
If you eat too much of sattu, it might make you feel gassy or bloated because of its high fiber. Eating too much of sattu might result in weight gain, and if you are allergic to chickpeas or gram flour it might be beneficial for you if you stay away from sattu.
My healthy breakfast with 1.Ragi, moong and urad dal fermented Idli with egg curry/ fish curry or chicken. 2. Oats omelette with lots of veggies with half Avacado.
It’s very important for kids to have breakfast in the morning and not skip it because they might end up eating junk food later coz of drop in blood sugar levels
