Ingredients for the strip pastry recipe:
1 cup of warm milk
Half a teaspoon of oil
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs (we separate the yolk of one for the top)
4 and a half cups of flour
1 packet of dry yeast
2 spoonful butter
Fabrication
Add 1 glass of warm milk, half a tea glass of oil, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt and 2 eggs (we separate the yolk of one for the top) into a bowl and mix well. Add 4 and a half cups of flour by sifting it. Add a packet of dry yeast and knead it. Cover it with cling film and leave it to ferment for 1 hour. We take the dough that has risen after yeast and knead it a little, divide it into 15-20 equal parts and prepare meringues. We open the meringues in an oval shape, make cuts in the middle, and spread butter on them and fill them inside. We put all the pastries on the tray with greaseproof paper, cover them and leave them for 20 minutes for the tray yeast.
