Rieco Titan Camper jack repair

In this video, I show a Rieco Titan hydraulic camper jack that I disassembled (lower jack portion). The jack had began leaking; I replaced an O-ring and hopefully solved the problem. This will show you a little more about the workings and simple repair procedures for this jack. (P.S. as of May 8, 2011 the repair is holding, jack's not leaking. An O-ring did the trick!

Awesome video, thanks a million. I have 4 that are all leaking. I wanted to put my camper on this weekend but I couldn't get the camper jacked up. I got two old spares when I bought my camper last summer and they are also leaking. Thank you again......

Man, removing the nut is where we are struggling. It is impossible! We’ve tried heat, WD-40, standing on it. What a pain. Thanks for the video though!

Thanks for the vid. I've got those same jacks but did'nt know what they were till now. I need to replace all the pumping hardwhear as mine broke loose and fell out when driving. Guess i'll check out that repair kit you mentioned in the vid.

My problem is "up stick" and the valve for jacking or letting down is leaking out of there. Need to find those papers on your desk!

Can you use a regular phone wire on a reico titan electric Jack? The Squirrels chewed ours
