Impressive work. I have the same car. I just put a Grom VT2 in mine (could have also done the Grom VL2, but I just wanted Android Auto so the VT2 sufficed). That unit works great and uses the factory screen of this vehicle (and the Lexus models like it). The downside is the screen resolution and size aren't as good as what's in this video, but the benefit is you get to keep the whole stock setup and look.
