Hi Doug! made this dish last night on the foodie for my son's birthday i should have taken a pic of everyone's plate at the end..it looked like they had just come out of the dishwasher they were so clean!!!
Found a similar recipe that had a confusing step and so I came searching for a video demo. Tried what you laid out and you nailed it! I even forgot to put in the cheese and it was still incredible! Will have to try again, since the kids loved it and it's so fast and easy on a busy schedule. THANK YOU SO MUCH for making this video!

You seem to have exactly the same taste buds as I do, - at least as far as this dish goes, and I suspect, others as well. 😋 I absolutely love the spices that you chose for this dish, YOU ROCK!!! P.S. Have you ever added bacon bits to the dish? You can just sprinkle 'em on top or, (my favorite) toss them in with the cheese and let all that delicious smoky, bacon, porky goodness, just fill the pot. Mmmmm, u-mm, mm, mmm, u-mmm!!! 🥰 LOL! (that is, if you like bacon? - and who doesn't) 😃🙃😉

Thank youuu Doug! I just got my Ninja for Christmas and this was only my 3rd time using it! 1 flop, 1 beef stew that was good, but this fettuccine was absolutely phenomenal. Everything I hoped it would be, and more! The stew recipe was from a website, the failed macaroni casserole was from the Ninja cook book (followed the recipe precisely and it was awful!), and now this was my first time cooking from a video recipe. I gotta say it was really fun and easy....found you through pintrest. I love your format and your personality is great! Obviously had to subscribe and will be back for more. Thanks so much for your videos. I come from a family of great chefs and literally am the polar opposite. Totally untalented in the kitchen, so the Ninja is my first real attempt at anything more than pasta, basic casseroles, and breakfast foods. Making this alfredo made me feel very accomplished, and now I believe I can learn to cook good food. So, sorry for the novel if you read this, but I wanted to tell you how grateful and excited I am to tackle this thing now...haha :)
Hi Doug, like the sauce, broccoli, and chicken, yum!! I've used the Better than Boullion, what a great product! The garlic bread looks delicious, too! I'm going to make it with lots of broccoli!
Don't forget about all those nasty preservatives they put in that nasty jar in the supermarket. Nice looking meal. FYI: when I cook angel hair pasta, I set the time to 0 minutes and do a quick release, but might be different for yours that are a thicker noodle.
Ok just food for thought my man. I appreciate the video and sharing your knowledge with the world. That’s first off BUT what makes me cringe about the video is the sounds that we can hear. The slurping and mushing of pasta in your mouth. It’s a bit off putting. When making videos like this when doing the taste you taste a little so your mouth isn’t full. Let us know how amazing it is. Then once the camera is off dive head first into that plate. Again just food for thought. Appreciate the video though
