This dish is SO fast, DELICIOUS, and easy to make! My husband is not a fan of garlic or peppers, so I omitted the peppers, and only used 3 garlic cloves (he didn’t notice)😉. I also added fresh sliced mushrooms at the same time that I added the spinach. Thank you, Louise, for another delicious recipe. It’s a keeper! 🥰😘

Everything in the book and everyone who talks about it refers to it as the red button. I thought maybe mine was missing a piece and I was starting to think I should return it for a different one.
I was like no way that chicken or the noodles are done in 2 min. I was doubting you for the first time. But I should have known better. Looks delicious. Great job!
LOL! The chicken is definitely done, but you don't' want the noodles all the way done or they get clumpy, starchy, and end up overcooked. So, you were right to doubt me! LOL
Hi! I know you stated you haven’t tried it yet, but for angel hair pasta I should skip the “pressure” part? I read the recipe on your website and it said zero minutes. I couldn’t find fettuccini on the supermarket :(
Looks FANTASTIC!! One idea about the noodles. I have done this with lasagna noodles and though it may apply here as well. Could you just soak the noodles in some hot water for a couple minutes to make them pliable and then put them in? I'm definitely going to give this recipe a go and will try that when I make it.
If you soak the noodles to make them pliable before PC'ing they may overcook and the starch could really clump them together. That works with lasagna noodles because you are layering them (usually) with sauce/cheese and they aren't touching each other.
