From the mind of the great maestro Dori Caymmi, this is my short arrangement of his sublime composition “Amazon” from the Brasilian Serenata album. I’ve always loved listening to this and loved playing it with him even more. For this arrangement I chose flutes to play with the intro strings to add some breath and played the melody on my lovely Soprano Saxophone. Thank you so much Dori for this masterpiece of composition.
