It's interesting how the Debussy team has an "Eddy" vibe, like they are relatively gentle and enjoying themselves. And the practice team (team in black lol) has a "Brett" vibe, which is dorky and a bit savage lol Love it!! All these collab videos are epic!!

Honestly, I feel like Eddy is more aggressive and competitive usually so there is kind of a very balanced feel on his team while Brett is usually just casually winning.
Edit: Now I think Eddy was trying to be competitive but just went to the gentle feel while Brett's team went all savage.

I'm a clarinetist. I feel it's completely unfair to make string players try to play a wind instrument. Developing your embouchure and air takes years. But gosh it's hilarious to listen to them fail at making a single decent note. 😂

As a fellow clarinetist, agreed! Especially since it requires such a tight embouchure and (at least to my knowledge) is second hardest to play, next to the flute. Tried to play the flute once and couldn’t even get a note out
@Vivi-Mage I'm a sax player and I had a significantly easier time playing flute than clarinet. Even though I played flute in 6th grade and clarinet in 9th 💀

How about a game where you have to guess the melody, but each round more and more of the notes are made silent?

Girl with the flaxen hair sounds so beautiful on the harp…
Well the piece was written for piano originally, and the texture is fairly simple, homophonic instead of contrapuntal, which lends fairly well to the harp.
You know? The harpist lady could have pizzicatoed her way through the cello, instead of going with the bow.
I'm low-key a Hyung stan at this point. So happy to see him every time he makes an appearance.
As a clarinetist, them playing the clarinet went down exactly how I expected 😂 us woodwinds have it rough developing our embouchures.
Also, I’d love to see some brass instruments included in these challenge videos. Brass instruments need some love, too! ❤

When you consider how difficult it was for professional musicians to remember and transpose the melody onto their own instruments, it highlights how good Eddy's is during the "Guess the ... with Perfect Pitch" games. I don't know what Hyung was doing during Eddy's intro, but it was hilarious. I love how savage Hyung and Phoebe are with their comments and "encouragement" for the other team. Even funnier isthey're also the principals for their orchestra sections.
There better be a tie-breaker pt. 2 coming! Great job.

This is a different kind of fan mail. My 12 year old daughter Emma started playing violin when she was around 6 and she hated practicing. I'm not going to lie, she is still not a fan of practicing but she is a fan of playing. And her love for classical music became a passion when she watched one of your Two Set UA-cam videos.
She's been a fan ever since.
When she came home from school, she would have her snack and run up to her room to check out any new videos. During this time, it was COVID and we just started letting her watch UA-cam without our contant over the shoulder parenting and we were pleasantly surprised when she would comment about composers, laugh at the silliness you bring to your videos, and she showed so much respect...
Like seriously. Check out her Halloween Costume this year (see attached). Emma and her friend both dressed up as Ling Ling Insurance agents and even made business cards. They gave them out to anyone who asked about their costume. 😁
Anyway, today, she asked for Two Set merchandise for Christmas and alas, every apparel is sold out. Soooo, I'm crossing my fingers for any news of upcoming merchandise or even an autographed photo because she looks up to you both!
In any case, thanks for bringing joy to my daughter's childhood and for making music fun for her!

As someone who plays saxophones and is best friends with a saxophonist who’s horn is significantly nicer than mine, I see this as an absolute win.
