Thanks. Heat is good! We are traveling the southern route and are learning of the cold front. If we have to winterize, we will, but am hoping to avoid that as we really like running water! Safe, warm, and service free travels!

@doofhund3526 Mercedes is aware of the air/heat issue. Apparently they have a checklist from A to Z to solve it. We started at Z which was software update which didn’t work. In the end, it was a blower distribution motor part issue?!? They fixed whatever it was and it was under warranty. Woohoo! Now we are toasty warm on our adventure to Florida. Thanks for watching.

It is an air conditioning/heat issue that sounds like a fairly common problem in Sprinters regardless of chassis. Not sure of the model years affected. We will talk more about the issue in today’s video as it is a popular comment/email. Thanks for your reassuring comment on the music! 😁

What was the cause of your heat not working?
Turns out it was a blower distribution motor part issue!?!? Not exactly sure what that is but they had the part, fixed it, and sent us on our way. Mercedes is definitely aware of air/heat issues. Thanks for asking! Safe travels!
Do you actually listen to the music you use?
I do and try to find songs with a beat that I enjoy listening to. Nothing deeper than that and I’m sure they’re not for everybody. Sorry if you didn’t enjoy one of the choices.
Re-listening to it I see I might have some volume issues. I’ll try to address better in the next video.
