t dog died because homie kept getting to the set late, so Carol was supposed to die but instead they picked t dog because well, he couldn’t get to work on time
Carol also pled her case. That was a big part... and she's the only cast member to undo their impending death.
And T-Dog was originally supposed to almost take on Darryl’s role.
The kid playing Carl is top tier in acting. It wasn't until Rick started looking at him did the reality set in. Rick crying was one of the most heartbreaking scenes because he's a character that normally doesn't cry not even when he was shot. Seeing his son broken hurt more than a gunshot. Let that sink in.
Was literally his one and only great performance as Carl lmao. You ask most fans of the show, they'll say he's one of the worst actors on the show. Hell, even Chandler admitted it.
Nah he was for sure a great actor early on like think about how good his acting was when he got shot and had to be worked on. After that he obviously has one good episode later on but yeah he is mostly bad after awhile.@@Rknowles813

Any time someone likes Chandler’s performance a bunch of annoying ass seagulls come in “ActUaLlY hEs A bAd AcToR” like okay shit, sorry someone liked one of his performances, god forbid
Anyway I 100% agree, he’s not always on point like some of the other actors, but when it counts he can do a phenomenal job and he absolutely did this episode, there’s plenty of points in this show where he’s moved me, and this is for sure one of them
The way Rick says nooo nooo aww noo to Carl makes my eyes tear up Andrew Lincoln’s acting is incredible.
To this day(and I've watched T Dog's death many times) I get sad and mad that he had to die. But also happy that he was so heroic and helped Carol. I still miss T Dog and really wish he was still with the group. Great reaction, guys!

This is one of the best episodes and what really solidified my love for Lori. Shattered my heart seeing Lori and Rick smile at each other and fully realize hoe much they love each other than have all of it ripped away

Lori was actually supposed to survive childbirth. In the comics a nurse named Alice sneaks out of Woodbury and joins the prison group and Lori has her baby in the Prison Infirmary. Alice is not in the show and Milton replaced her.
i honestly much prefer what happens in the show, though. lori and judith's fate in the comics is horrific.
You talked over the second half of what Daryl said, which was "Hell no... Let em take their chances out on the road." He was not with T-Dog.
They do talk alot during dialogue

Yep… and the story Rick told about the guy right after that is why he doesn’t trust criminals with sob stories .. subtle but kinda important
The growth of Carl's character is just phenomenal and so well played by, essentially, a child actor in Chandler Riggs. I know the ensemble cast will have helped him, as they did each other, but the kid had to listen and learn his craft to give a performance like this. When little is more! Skilfully written. Sublime directing. Beautifully played.
Good reaction, again, guys - though you would have to be dead inside if you couldn't feel the pain and anguish from this last quarter!
Fun Facts: about this episode Michonne was a lawyer in the comics which does explain why she was investigating the vehicles and Carol was originally going to die but she was on the posters so they just killed off T-Dog so now I wonder if T-Dog would of survived after this.

I love this episode because it shows you how deep this show really can get. And it gets so much deeper.
This was a rough episode. Made me cry, even though I knew exactly what was going to happen. The acting so, SO good.
The fact that Rick didn’t end on the best of terms with Lori (they weren’t really talking to each other in Season 3) and the fact Rick couldn’t even acknowledge/hold his baby at the end there really shows how devastated Rick is by Lori’s death.

My brother is a massive hardass who loves to tease people who get emotional, and generally he doesn’t show emotion.
But this episode he was sobbing. And I’ve noticed him sometime rewatching the show and he skips this episode.
This is the saddest episode of a TV show I ever watched, that flashback with Carl and Rick always gets me
4:00 Immediately after you started talking over the dialogue (for way too damn long), Rick asked Daryl if he would let them in, and his response was, "Hell no!"

T-Dog went out like a badass for sure. He's one of the characters that I wish would've had more screen time. But it's TWD, there are lots of side characters that don't get much of a story and are mostly in the background.... it is what it is lol. And even though I really don't like Lori much, her death was awful and sad. She did redeem herself a bit for me by being strong for her kids as her final act.
This episode No matter how you feel about Lori it rips out your heart and eats it for lunch Her speech to Carl was beautiful in a tragic sort of way It had to be Carl that killed her It’s his mom and it should be someone who loves you R.I.P. to T-Dog too.

Rip T-Dog and Lori. The thing about him is the actor IronE Singleton was underpaid since he had one or two lines as you saw and due to that he was often late to episode shooting.
After that showrunners pretty much fired him and killed him off this way.
Other than that, Michonne is hella smart and now it's pretty obvious Andrea and Governor started simping for each other a bit.
Oh, and of course that crying Andrew Lincoln scene is one of the gems of The Walking Dead, it's surely a crime he didn't get any rewards for that

Rick (Andrew Lincoln), and Morgan (Lennie James) are from England, Maggie (Lauren Cohen) lived in the UK after age 13. You'd never know. ha. I wonder if Maggie helped deliver their farm animals babies. Or since her dad was a Vet.

I've watched hundred of anime like naruto, dbz, hxh, dragon ball, full metal Alchemist, bleach, one piece , death note, code geasse, naruto, monster, my hero, jujustsu, attack on titan, demon slayer, pokemon, tokyo ghoul, tokyo revengers, sheild hero, haji me oppo, gurren lagoon, that time i got reincarnated as a slime, and hundred of them but rick grimes stays as the best main character in the history of anime, shows, or movie franchise for me honest the acting the scenes was just out of this world what an actorr what a story what a show what a goddamn character absolutely amazing he didn't win an ammy for this was a shame but man will his acting in this will stay forever with me

I was a wee bit upset with Rick when seeing Andrew, especially knowing he led the Walkers in, just my personal opinion, when Andrew ran into that courtyard after Rick killed Tomas, seen all the Walkers which made him run back to the gate Rick closed, I thought Rick should have held him there until the Walkers got him, he and Tomas were pure evil, 👍😏
I had no doubts about who Oscar would shoot, loved how he paused long enough for Rick to realize he had been wrong about him before he shot Andrew, 😏😁
My first thought on the Guv’na’s ‘concrete evidence’ was to mean whatever info Meryl can glean from Andrea and she already told Meryl what she knew and Meryl knew the Guv’na knew, 😏

NGL, and I'm going to sound mean, but I was glad that Lori is deleted. I disliked her character. The only reason that I cried is because Carl had to put her down before she could turn. The look on his face when he walked out where everyone was and Rick cried, hurt my heart.
