      It's still more about skill, since luck will always balance out in the long run and they're playing with appropriate bankroll management. No pro player is short term results oriented and in this situation it's just part of the game to lose one buy-in against jungle.

      He’s going to get a check back from a lot of holdings and miss on value on the river there a lot.

    I have no idea why they allowed Jungleman to bring a trident to a poker tournament. if someone calls him bluff, he could stab people to death with it. even if he doesn't stab people, holding something like that the whole time is intimadating. no one would dare to make him go broke. its cheating if u ask me

    Punnats hand was basically faceup with the preflop action. The board gave jungleman something other than Quads to play off. His all in is disguised by the diamond flush on the board.

    this was a bit silly, their stack sizes on the turn are not even as big as the pot, meaning that the aces should have three bet all-in on the flop and Jungleman would have to call like almost always regardless what hand he would have.

    Reminds me of the time I flopped trip queens and my opponent was holding AA. I bet 25% of my stack and 1 guy calls. The turn card was an A and that was the worst turn card possible.

    You will eventually run into quads with top boat at some point. Just shrug it off and move on. Every time it happens, just believe that a debt is owed to you and you will soon have the nuts over someone’s 2nd nuts and get paid.

      I've had it happen to me twice. I've also lost an all in pre flop when my opponent had the same pocket pair I did (he hit a flush)
      I don't even play poker that much. I play live poker a few times a year.

    Pretty questionable call preflop by jungle… he of all players should know that isn’t a call. Put in 50k preflop set mining to win another 350k assuming he hits and assuming he gets it all and assuming he doesn’t hit and then somehow lose. I know he was in for 9k already but still. He raised that heavy with aces because he knows he has to price out small pairs and try and induce big pairs and ak to play back or just fold.
