God the Father in Heaven, have mercy on us.

The Persons of the Holy Trinity the Father and the Son in which the Son was predestined in regards that He would one day be incarnated as one of us in the flesh as we are the sons and daughters of God our Lord in that respect is the Son of God. Which is what our Lord meant when He said to St. Mary Magdalene He is My Father and He is your Father, He is My God and He is your God. As we know our Lord being the Word is God just as we know the Holy Spirit the Wisdom is God. This is why the Western Church is correct that the Holy Spirit proceeds from both the Father and the Son.
Maybe “Papa” would be a modern American translation of “Abba”?

Our Father, the our creator and the creator of everything has asked for only one day of the church calendar year to worship him. He wants the first Sunday of August to be called "Father of All Mankind" Day. In the book "The father speaks to his children”, Mother Eugenia had revelations directly from God the Father. It is officially the only time that Our Father contacted directly someone. It took 10 years to declare the testimony as real.
When you think about it, we have feasts and celebrations for everything except the Father. That's crazy. He is our creator and he created everything, even the body of his second person, Jesus. Isn't it clear that Jesus came to show us and get us to know the Father?
Yet, just like Fatima, the Church is not listening and are still not giving that special day to Our Father. Is being politically correct or not hurting other religions feelings more important than what God, Our Father, asks of us?

I don't get it. Don't Catholics believe that the Father, Son, and the holy spirit make up the same God? So, if God is our Father, doesn't that mean there are two Fathers? Doesn't that mean the trinity is our Father, which is made up of another Father, along with the Son and the holy spirit? I'm confused?
Well trying to understand the Trinity is like trying to understand who God is but the problem is , it beyond our human understanding. The Father is not the Son , the Son not the Holy Spirit , and the Holy Spirit isn't the Father.

No, it isn't hard understanding the trinity. You see, the word "trinity" means, "a unity of three [persons]." Now, can you show me a single scripture in your Bible where it says that the word "God" is applied to the Father, Son, and holy spirit as a single deity? I don't believe you can.
At John 17:3, Jesus called his Father, a single person, "the only true God." The word "only" means, "to the exclusion of others." So, since Jesus' Father is the true God to the exclusion of others, how many other true Gods can there be? Answer: NONE!!
So, the God of the Bible is one person, not three. As 1 Cor. 8:6a says: "yet for us there is one God, the Father, from whom all things are and for whom we exist."
@@cbooth151That is not what I meant when I said the Trinity is hard to understand. I was talking about trying to make sense of 3 persons , 1 God. Also I feel like I should point out , Catholics don't go by sola scriptura. No disrespect toward you but it seems like you are adding your own narrative , trying to make Scripture fit into it. Most you can get from John 17:3 is that there is one God , the verse doesn't say anything about persons. The Verse you need to prove your point is one that clearly and specifically states there is only one person and you are not going to find that in the Bible. Any verses that say there is one God , doesn't prove your point since the Trinity states only one God. 1 Cor. 8:6 works against your argument since it also goes on to say ““ one Lord Jesus Christ through whom are all things and through whom we exist”. The verse starts by saying there one God then goes on to mention that the Father and the Son both through whom all things are , and in whom we are. It shows one God, and different persons since it clearly states only one Lord Jesus which means the Father is not the Son but both are God. Lord Christ is also known as the word and at the beginning of John at John 1:1 it talks about how Word was with God in the beginning and at the same time the Word is God. How can the word be with God while being God at the same time unless there is more than one person. Then it goes on to say “All things were made through Him, and nothing that was made was made without Him” at John 1:3. Which seems to match up what was being said about Jesus at 1 Cor 8:6 and it also shows Lord Christ is uncreated. If that isn’t enough for you then look at John 20:28 you will literally see Thomas calling Jesus “my Lord and my God”. Also Jesus is able to forgive sins that something only God can do (Matthew 9:2) along with the fact he commanded the weather using his own authority (Matthew 8:26-27). When it comes to the Holy Spirit if you go to Acts 5:1-4 , you see Peter rebuking Ananias and Sapphira for lying to the Holy Spirit then a few sentences later Peter says “You have not lied to men, but to God”. How could Ananis and Sapphira lied to God by lying to the Holy Spirit unless the Holy Spirit is God. I know the Holy Spirit isn’t the Father or the Son because at the Baptism of Lord Christ you will see all three persons there. Luke 3:21-22 “ When Jesus also had been baptized and was praying, the heaven was opened , and the Holy Spirit descended upon him in bodily form, as a dove , and a voice came from heaven, “You are my beloved Son; with you I am well pleased.” I have no interest in having a back and forth debate on the topic. You can find different arguments for the Trinity online , like Catholic answers for example.

In the rest of that same verse, Jesus said: "...and the one whom you sent, Jesus Christ." Here, Jesus was referring to himself as the one who was sent _by_ "the only true God," who was the one Jesus was praying to. (John 17:1) Do you get it now? The "true God" _sent_ Jesus And conversely, Jesus was sent _by_ God As Jesus said to his enemies at John 7:16, 17: "My message is not my own; it comes from God who sent me. Anyone who wants to do the will of God will know whether my teaching is from God or is merely my own." Clearly, "the only true God" at John 17:3 is not a trinity, but Jesus' Father..
2. 1 Cor. 8:6a says: "yet for us there is one God, the Father, from whom all things are and for whom we exist."
In this verse, who does it say the "one God" is? A trinity? NO!! The "one God" is the Father." This should remind you of Eph. 4:6, which says: "[There is] one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all."
3. John 1:1 says in the NAB: "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God."
In this verse, does it say or even suggest that God consists of three persons? NO!! If you see three persons in one God in this verse, please count them out to me.
4. John 1:3 says: "All things came to be through [the Word], and without him nothing came to be."

5. Matt. 9:2 says: "And there people brought to him a paralytic lying on a stretcher. When Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralytic, "Courage, child, your sins are forgiven."

6. Matt. 8:26-27 says: "He said to them, "Why are you terrified, O you of little faith?" Then he got up, rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was great calm. The men were amazed and said, "What sort of man is this, whom even the winds and the sea obey?"

And when it was sold, was it not still under your control? Why did you contrive this deed? You have lied not to human beings, but to God."

Did you see a three-person deity _anywhere_ in the verses you brought up in your last post? NOT EVEN CLOSE!!
BTW, do you even know what the trinity doctrine actually says about a tri-personal god? If you don't, I will explain it to you.
@@cbooth151 in Genesis God says let us make man in our image. There are statements like they in the Old Testament. That all Three are one is hinted at when Jesus tells his disciples that he who sees me sees the Father. Three PERSONS in ONE GOD. It is beyond human understanding!!! It is realities like this that require Faith and Trust. We have one Savior: the Man-God, Jesus Christ. HE IS THE WORD MADE FLESH OF THE IMMACULATE VIRGIN MARY BY THE LOVE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT. God and sin cannot co-exist. Jesus was conceived in the sinless body of HIS HOLY MOTHER. She was blessed by Jesus at her birth by the grace of the WORD OF GOD. The > BASIC < message of God to the human is that '' YOU '' believe in God and be kind to other human beings / > animals < and in the > RETURNED < God will > REWARD < you with a new life in Paradise.
* The Quran ONLY guides you how to become a good human being " Nothing Else ".
* You are a good human being or a bad human being that is YOUR choice.
* No one can force you to become a good human being.
* You MUST work HARD to become a good human being.
* Why should '' YOU '' do good deeds and avoid bad deeds?
* Do Good - it's for You. Do Bad - It's against you.
* '' YOUR '' life is a TEST from God that you will choose to do either Good or Bad.
* Find the excuse to help others and forgive others NOT the other way around.
* '' YOUR '' final destination is either Hell or Heaven.
* So work HARD toward choice of YOUR destination.
