If I learned from Dr Brant when I was 18 yrs old, I would have become a priest. I truly can't get enough of this learning. Thank you Dr Brant.
❤
It’s ok. Sometimes holy lay people can be even more effective in evangelization and help saving souls.
I started listening to Scott Hahn 20-some years ago. Thought I was gonna be a priest but God has another plan for me. Now I’ve been a happy husband with a happy wife for 13 years. She has come back to church because of my influence. My parents too. Some of my high school friends as well.
@@SowerOfMustardSeed Agreed. I've learned more from Dr Brant than most priests.
Yep the Lord had other plans for me too.
It's never too late!! Join the priesthood!🎉
Always great to listen to Dr. Pitre
He does a really good job at tying the Old Testament with the New Testament. Fascinating stuff!
He is part of the best part of the Internet.

Hi Dr Brant, im Patrick. I've been listening to short videos for awhile. It helps me a great deal and I'd like to thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Thank you so much for your explanations. They make the Bible more understandable to me.
Excellent! Love your videos Dr. Brant.
I love the way Dr. Pitre unpacks the origin of death caused by the envy of the devil as written in the Wisdom of Solomon. I have never heard it explained like this. Awesome!
Thank you Dr Pitre!!
Great teaching Dr Petri
The devil fell because of pride and then envied the relationship of man and God thinking man inferior to himself! Yet God choose to become man and even died a shameful death to redeem man defeating the pride of the devil and his wicked angels with outstanding humility . The cross is always a reminder to the city of men of that victory 😊
Another beautiful commentary
Wow. That was a great explanation. Thank you.
✝️💝✝️Thank you✝️💝✝️
As another proof of His Resurrection, Jesus himself asked for something to eat in Luke 24:41-43. Perhaps offering the girl food was for the same reason.
Awesome🙏🙏🙏
Jesus is like a good doctor. He ejects everyone from the child’s room except the child’s parents and his top students. He then cures the child and gives after care - making sure that the child is given something to eat. The latter shows his deep understanding of sick people.
Wasn't Wisdom found in Hebrew in the dead sea scrolls?
First!
animals and birds dont wanna die
🎉🎉😢😢😮😮😮😅😊😅

Please why do animals and trees die then?, if God did not create death.
The death of ALL things entered at the Fall of Man .
I have a very similar question. Animal and plant death was on earth before Man.
@@terriekraybill9724 The Bible tells us very clearly that there was no death before sin from many passages. In fact, there are no Bible verses indicating there was death prior to sin.
Therefore, just as through one man sin entered into the world, and death through sin, and so death spread to all men, because all sinned. (Romans 5:12)
The last enemy that will be destroyed is death. (1 Corinthians 15:26)
Nevertheless death reigned from Adam until Moses, even over those who had not sinned in the likeness of the offense of Adam, who is a type of Him who was to come. (Romans 5:14)
For if by the transgression of the one, death reigned through the one, much more those who receive the abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ. (Romans 5:17)
Because death is part of life, God creates, maintains and ultimately causes death.
I can share with you my interpretation of Genesis:
God first made the garden, Adam and Eve sinned, so God made this fallen creation. Adam and Eve were cast into this creation 40 thousand years ago, in the land known as Eden. Death plagues everything in this world, but God loved us so much to offer us a new Exodus to the new creation where death has no power.
