- Here's a short video on some spare magazine carry options for the Glock 27 subcompact .40 S&W. I've got the stock 9 round magazine, one 9 rounder with a Pearce Grip extension (10-11 rounds), a 13 round Glock 23 magazine, a 15 round Glock 22 magazine, and a 22 (loaded with 21) round Glock high capacity magazine. These are just a few options of what you can carry in the G27, and what you can carry as spare magazines. We will be covering many other concealed carry guns in the future, but what better place to start than with my EDC.

Kuiettyugin you can do anything once. But seriously, I don’t see why you can’t.
Went to range with my g27 and it's shoot great. The recoil has a lil kick but overall a great concealed weapon's choice.
It's violent but accurate.
Just recently took some round files to a G27. A trigger guard undercut makes it much more ergonomic and comfortable as does Pearce PG-2733 pinky extensions with the top lip shaved off to stop pinching. Also, a threaded G23 barrel gives 100 more fps to Underwood 200gr Hard Cast. All that, plus a 9/16-24 compensator gives faster follow-up shots against lions, and tigers, and bears, oh my! Woods carry ready!

I swear by my 27. So light it's easy to forget u have it with you. Short magazine makes it really easy to carry and hide. Works well in an ancle holster aswell.

I'm wanting to buy a new .40 to replace my CCW. It's between the M&P 40c or G27... Only thing that's keeping me away from the G27, I heard it's extremely snappy. besides the recoil, it looks like a great gun and I love the fact you can use any Glock .40 magazine!
I’ve got no experience with the 40c, but I love this G27. It is a little snappy, but it shoots so dang good. Just the ability to use full size and extended mags is enough for me. Just my 2¢.
I got my storm lake Glock 27 barrel and I was excited it's beautiful heavy stainless steel. but it will not cycle a round I can't use it it's like it's not rounded off well enough or something that's slightly larger than the original Barrel I'm disappointed.
Well that sucks. Have you contacted them? If so, what did they say?
Try using a dremel device. Or something similar to polish off the feed ramp? Good luck.
I also got a Crome finished barrel and it won’t feed as well I don’t know what’s wrong with it

I am converting my 27 to a 357sig.will the g33 mag work well?
You should be able to use the G27 mags. The .357 sig is based off the .40 s&w case.
I'm thinking about an 23 mag in my 27 or I should buy the new G19 gen 5, or both.
The Pearce grip extension is nice on my G27.

What about the glock 31 rounder? I'm assuming it works fine just want to make sure
Glock only makes a 22 rounder for the .40 S&W. The 31 rounders are 9mm, which work great in a G26.

I have g27 .40 cal and I use 22 rn clip and it keeeps jamming I don’t know what the hell is goin on after market Crome barrel on it too.. It shoots one shell and jams up after first shot the slide goes back and the next shell don’t feed please help

What was the issue
Just bought a Glock 27 gen 3 the magazines came with 2 magazines which is 9round but I can’t get but 8 rounds in it so I am guessing they count the one chamber in it as 9?
No, should be 9 plus 1

Where would you find the sleeves to fit over the 13 round magazine???
I’d check with X Grip
I have 13 and 15 round X grips and I love them. They slide on with no hassle. Best thing is no modification to my Glock mags. The 13 round X grip still allows me to carry comfortably. The 15 round er is a bit long.
Does anybody know if the Glock Gen 4 Glock 27 40 S&W 10-Round with finger rest Factory Magazine would fit properly in my glock 27 gen 5?

Magazine won't take 9 rounds only 8 if you put 9 round it won't fit in mag well of G27 Gen 5. I am talking about Hornady 155grain XTP

Yes, as long as you leave the mag release on the left side. If you want to switch the mag release over to the right side, you’ll need Gen 4 mags.

I heard you mention the Glock 23, the Glock 22 but which Glock is for the 22 round magazine. I would like to have the 22 round magazine for my Glock 27.
It's a seperate mag that Glock makes for their .40 cals.
Glock 27, arguably the best handgun in the world because it's almost like having 9 glocks in 1

@@SargeC4Defense Lots of research my friend, The Glock 27 can shoot 3 calibers reliably with just a barrel and mag swap. That's like having a Glock 26, 27 and 33 in one. Then you have a to factor that the glock 27 can fit the glock 27, 23 and 22 magazines. You can buy the grip extensions for each that converts the grip size to reflect those firearms as well. And the same can be done with the 26, 19 and 17 mags as well as the 31, 32 and 33 mags.

OK what all can I do with my extra magazines for the Glock 27?? I sold all 40 cal in my collection because the offer was good and no other reason. Honestly, I went through withdrawals on the Glock 27 because I was using that for my concealed
@@johndworske6248 The benefits come from the Glock 27 itself. You can use your Glock 27 mags in a glock 33 to hold the .357 sig ammo. Or a nice .40 barrel in a 33 let's you shoot .40 out of it with the mags.
Can I put a +2 base plate in the glock 40 22 round mag
The Witcherfamily I’m not sure, but I bet you could. That round is pretty tough to get in there so there’s probably enough spring pressure. Sounds like a neat experiment

I have monkey like hands, small, very powerful. Therefore, can give'power' grip. Hence can shoot extremely well and even accurately at 20 yards.
I gave it up before i really learned how to shoot.
I use 135 to 165 grain which is very manageable.

I'd like to shoot some of the light grain .40. I bet it would be pretty nice.
@@SargeC4Defense It's sorta confusing, in that there's 147 grain 9...so are you taking away the advantage? Yet your bullet is def larger w 40. So, the 135 stuff is real pleasant shooting even out of my 27. I find it no more difficult than my g43 shoots. Thanks for the video!

I’m a big fan of the Federal HST’s. There are a lot of .40’s that’ll do the job, but I like the consistency of the HST’s.

If U can find them 180gr Winchester BLACK TALONS. If you want 180gr sig V-CROWN, or 180gr+P HORNADY CRITICAL DEFENSE . 4 EDC and great ballistic tested round I USE is 100% 180gr Winchester BLACK TALONS once again that's if u can find them.. Realistically ANY .40cal will do.. it's all about preference and what u like. 👍

depends on gun you are using for sub compact I'll take Hornady XTP 155 grain for compact and above Federal Premium LE tactical 180 grain

@Chris Ayala nope, Glock only makes 22 rounders for the .40.
A lot of people mention higher capacity mags in the comments all they time. I’m sure there are some aftermarket ones, but 22 is the max for now from Glock.
Ok why do you keep putting the gun back inthe holster just to pull it right back out to show a different mag idk I just thought this is so weird an how he exaggerates pulling it out each time just hold the gun an try the mags already 😂
