Hi 💚, get cozy or do some chores on your own while you watch me cram a full day of work into an aesthetically pleasing & uplifting vlog of 20 min 😅. And be ready for next weeks continuation of the hardcore chore saga 😉. In the meanwhile here's my last Plant Tour with all my props: ua-cam.com/video/67Pl5x7lpDc/v-deo.html
Great video! One of the best things I ever did was move my Hoya mathilde on to my sunny window sill. I was worried because the sun can be very strong here in Australia. It has been there for about six months and not only did it reward me with super fast growth, but is now full of peduncles! Your plants look amazing!
Thanks for the tip Grace! This video is a little old by now, I have since also moved my Hoya into the sunniest spot in the house and I can absolutely second your experience! 😊
There are no words for your cart arrangement! They all look so so stunning! Christina I hope your well! Nice you got a vacation and your neighbor took care of all your beauties......I so enjoyed this rearrange video...yes and thanks for the motivation with cleaning and organizing...your channel is doing great! Keep up the great job! Your plants are so beautiful....love tina
Tina is such a cute nickname 💚. After getting covid on vacation & being sick I finally feel back to full health again, thank you for asking. I was so afraid if my neighbour would be ok with watering this many plants, but she did a great job. 😊 Glad this video motivated you a little, that's why I made it. Now that all the plants are back in their place the flat feels so much more cozy and nice. I love it! The cart included 🥰
Ohhh nooo I feel your pain. I have this Monstera that I got off Marketplace. It was growing huge leaves and my cat knocked the pot over onto the plant. Most of the leaves died. I literally was in tears.
Very inspiring video! I've been procrastinating getting ready for fall, plant chores. You got me off my tush and now all my porch plants are in clean cash pots now. Thank you!
I'm so glad you feel that way & got some stuff done 💪! That's exactly what I wanted to achieve with this video. For me plant chores can feel like going to the gym sometimes. You never wanna go, but once you're there it's fun 😅!
@@LeafyLuster Idk if you will see this but I have broken a few plants by accident. If its a Philodendron or other types ive had great success fixing broken but not detached leaves with clear scotch tape. The tape even worked on an outside tomato plant that was ravaged by a bad storm and the plant did go on to produce fruit. Doesn't hurt to give it a try next time. ;)
Thank you Jen 💚. I feel like every time I reorganize my collection I get a whole new appreciation for all the plants. It feels so nice to really take each and every single plant into your hands & assign it to a place somehow. See u in the next one 😊.
Total witzig 😅.
You're rigth! It's the worst, but I haven't had such a "big" incident in a long time 😅😅. At least I have some props now. The whole day was so chaotic, I really need to be more careful when filming 😂.
Hi Ingrid 👋. Love that, it's exactly what i was hoping to achieve with the video! Hope you got some stuff done & you are happy with your new arrangement. 😊
Hi Kristina, great Video. I would have been really interested how you prepared for your neightbour to care for your plants. Perhaps next time? ;) cheers jenni
I know it would have been super interesting! I also filmed some footage for that. But the video kinda didn't come together the right way 🙈. Maybe I'll be able to put something together with a little more work on it. The main thing I did was to buy those black trays for bottom watering a lot of plants quite easily & the boxes to keep smaller plants humid for those 3 weeks I was gone. Oh and a watering hose that attaches to our sink 😅. That's the short version 😊.
@@LeafyLuster oh, thats sad. Thanks for the short version 💚using a lot of Ikea shoe mats now for myself, so I dont have to take plants to the sink every time 😅 But now that I see how cheap this trays could be it might have been a better option, but dont have as much shoes as I have plants 😄 The last time I was away for 8 days I just packed everyone who should not dry out completely and I dont want to loose in these foil greenhouses or if small enough in ikea boxes followed by minimal lighting. Worked better than expected (my apartment is very hot and dry). I think only two plants suffered from low airflow. But 3 weeks is another thing.
Oh no, so sorry about your beautiful monstera 😟 I really liked the way you arranged all the plants on your lovely cart. And that adansonii climbing up a branch 👌 Love it! It has somewhat of a bonsai feel over it. You've got a nice sense of aesthetics. May I ask how you water your hanging plants?
I love all the comments you left me, you are making my day 💚, sorry for the late replies btw. The adansonii on the branch was one of my greatest ideas ever ^^. I just water them as they are, with a watering can or hose. I am not taking them down, since they are all in cache pots and excess water wont spill anywhere.
@@LeafyLuster I'm so glad I made your day ☺ Do you take any specific precautions to avoid root rot in those pots? I worry that I might water some of my hanging plants a bit too much sometime and they might get root rot.
No I don't take any precautions but the threat of water pooling in the bottom is very real. Let's just say I believe in my ability to water lightly. Sometimes I take down the pots to check if there's a lot of water in the bottom because I do second guess myself 😅. The hanging pots on the branch are easily detachable with a hook and others I can just take out of the makrame hanger. ( I'll tell you a secret: I did also kill 2 plants by overwatering like that sooo I just like to live dangerously 😇)
Hi Aaliyah, im glad you like them 💚, really appreciate you being here. I got my hose from Amazon: amzn.to/3TZjrb5 there are different lengths available but maybe check your sink first, to see what kind of attachment thingy you need to screw on your tap. I had to get one from the hardware store cause the tap in my kitchen was a little weird 😅. It's definetly worth getting though. Today I cleaned my entire balcony with the hose aaand watered all my plants inside 👌.
Haha I didn't think someone would notice, not weird at all 😉. I used to say: "hey what's up you guys, yes" because Jenna Marbles used to say that a lot. Even though the yes doesn't really make sense in terms of grammar 😅. Then I noticed that Jenna would say that because it was Shane Dawsons intro. Aaaaand because I don't really want to be associated with Shane I tried really hard to unlearn my intro and use something different, but it's so difficult cause it it is engraved in my brain already 😅.
I will probably put some of them up for sale once they root and grow in a little. I'll try to remember you Tessa, so I can hit you up when it's time. 👍😊
O still can't believe that you did it all aw out for stress of not already knowing where before you Eben began. Seriously. A then NOT JUST LOSE YOUR S@
Hi Sherrie, which ones are you thinking of ? Maybe you could give me the name or timestamp in the video. I typically don't like mosspoles cause I can't keep them wet, so I mostly use stakes to keep my plants upright. Sometimes I'm just procrastinating on giving them poles though, so you are probably right😅.
@@LeafyLuster your doing a WONDERFUL JOB AND YOU Are A GREAT PLANT 🪴 MOM. STAKES ARE GOOD ME MYSELF DONT CARE FORE MOSS POLES EITHER KINDA AN EYESORE IM GOING TO GET ME SOME STAKES !! I guess we helped each other 🌴🪴🌱
I agree, I do not move them often exactly for that reason. As I said in this video I had to group my plants in the living room, so my neighbour could easily water them. I had the unique opportunity to reorganize a little. Additionally I do move my plants for winter . Either closer to the windows because of light or sometimes away from the windows because of the cold draft. Some people use plants to decorate for aesthetic reasons, so in this case moving them is just a fresh touch to a room. In my case I put most of the plants into similar spots as before & changed up the order a bit, it's such a fresh breath of air 🥰. Greetings from germany 👋.

I hate when I'm moving something amd accidently knock off a leaf or two (or a bunch!). It always has to be a pretty leaf too!
Since I brought a majority of my plants back indoors, I've been thinking about grouping my plants by type as well. I think it will help my with care!
