I enjoyed the movie way more once I stopped trying to get a deeper meaning out of it, it's just fun to watch Barry Keoghan be a little freak

I think all of the characters are selfish and use people and are basically sociopaths. Oliver ends up being the most obviouse of evil beings but only FELIX who donned the angel wings was pure of heart, the rest were all evil hearted.

It was 'ok'. I admit, I set my expectations way too high after seeing the trailer. I was really disappointed in that montage where it shows you some of the 'twists' toward the end. A good twist is done in plain sight and the viewer often just misses it because it seems unimportant (ex. The Sixth Sense or Saw I). But the twists at the end of Saltburn (the bike tire, etc) were not even hinted at.

I agree! I think the film should have ended way earlier. The montage was not necessary. At all.

thank you for this! I don't like the plot of Saltburn, I do admire its beauty. I guess it's just really not that deep like you said.

I think we can forget sometimes that the people who make movies are just people... It is a BEAUTIFUL film though!

really cool movie thank u for the recommendation! i might drink his bathtub water but i would not tongue the drain hole.. that was.. disturbing lol
I think art is always up to the interpreter, so im not sure if this was the intended message but what I got was that the existence of a class/privilege system brings out the worst in people
