Die Clevelander haben unter Szell live immer noch besser gespielt als bei den Schallplattenaufnahmen. Für Szell waren Schallplattenaufnahmen immer so, als wenn man "sich durch's Telefon küsst", und bei den Live -Mitschnitten kann man hören und fühlen, wie sie "in echt küssen".
I am thrilled to stumble across this recording!! For many reasons, the Cleveland Orchestra is my favorite in the world, and this symphony is also one of my favorites; so to hear this live recording is a rare gem. Thank you so much!! ❤️🎶
