Seeing the floating island of Ys referenced in a new game in 2023 is such a nostalgia slap. 35th anniversary indeed. I hope there's many more dialogue references to Ys I and II.

Great to see the new entry. It's just the beginning, and things already went to crap (and even though he was nameless, didn't think we'll have the first death here.... And some people said this series is a 'children' RPG.....). As much as I would like Adol and Dogi to 'stay low' for a while, I just know it won't happen with how terrible his luck is concerning these matters.....
Im playing it now too. The game is good so far. Gameplay and combat is improved so much from previous title. They also added intense moment where u felt like drake in uncharted, running from danger and jumping like a hollywood movie. A huge step up for the series Also worth to mention, the character felt more lively and their animation are smooth, not stiff as in previous title
Hey. You think you can go over the few pages of options sometime? I imported the game it it looks....overwhelmng. I'd like to know how to zoom out the camera and turn off the arrows around the character. Thanks for showing the game.
@@samfarron that was my impression when I started watching but as the vid went on i saw that you translate on your own because you spoke and/or can read Japanese.
Because my PC sucks haha. It crashes when I try and record at settings any higher than this. I'm planning on getting a new one before I make another series like this@@SogonD.Zunatsu
As long as Dana is a cameo in this game too, I'll be happy.. She deserves to be in every game forward, well, I mean she HAS to be considering she is the Goddess of Evolution now :P

What software was used to translate the game and is it available for mass use?
I don't any translation software make these videos. My editing software is Adobe premiere though if that's what you mean.

Your ISP must be atrocious for you to have to publish 720p 30fps videos with such horrible bitrate. I feel for you dude ! 😅
The game runs at 30fps on PS4 so even if I uploaded at 60 it wouldn't make a difference
