Thanks for your videos! Once super fit, I am now in a slow recovery from a series of injuries - mostly from decades of overtraining. I hurt and I am stiff and not as strong as I have been before. I am doing a series of things to mend and heal strengthen, and your videos have been a HUGE help. I give thanks for you!
I am not able to hold by breath long enough to go down and come back up for the beginning stretch. Should I complete the exercise faster or just take the necessary breaths until I am able to make it with one breath. Thank you!

Yes, pace yourself .listen to your body, and it takes time to get to that level!
