Only testride will confirm this -- eagerly waiting :D
One of your best reviews bro, and I am highly impressed by the direction of development the Bajaj-Triumph partnership has taken.
The video quality is all thanks to Ninja Monks (the owner, Himanshu, shot, directed, and edited the entire thing!) 😃
Is there any news for the next bikes from the collaboration of Bajaj-triumph. Really excited about future of this collaboration.

@@RealAutoReviews Should i wait for the upcoming KTM Duke 390 or go with the Triumph Speed 400 for city riding?
Is this mahine better then Honda CB 350
Now this is a delightful video to watch big brother ☺️😉
Review from someone who has had already ridden Triumph's other legendary bikes, big machines. Specially who understands the bike very well.. Kudos ❤
And thanks for covering majorly all aspects 🎉
Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Great production quality and great video! You look really excited with this one!
Thank you so much Archit ❤️
I just discovered this channel, and I must say very impressive..!! I liked your analysis, you explained the things very well..!!
Thank you so much! Means a lot! ❤️
I enjoyed the bike review and the way you explained the required points were just awesome. Even the first impression video which went private within few hours was worth noticable and I watched it again and again. By the way I'm going to be one of the lucky 10k customers.
Thank you so much for the kind words, trust, and respect brother ❤️ BTW, that first video went LIVE again after a few hours ❤️
Loved to see this as it is something different from the regular city rides .
Thank you ❤️
Thanks for this review, much needed!
You are most welcome dear brother ❤️
Thank you so much for your time and effort over this video… will keep coming here for more.
That would be awesome! ❤️ Thank you so much for the love, trust, and respect ❤️
I can and will nitpick - that gorgeous analogue dial with the white needle, is wasted as a speedo, that should have been the tacho, and I would exchange those in a heartbeat even if it means a digital readout for velocity.
That being said, great review, love that new opening sequences, new camera angles, and different perspectives. More power to Ninja Monkks.
And finally, great review, but not as always, instead better than before ❤
Thank you so much Stan! ❤️ Yaar although I totally agree with you about the speedo/rpm, you have to understand that it's exactly like that in the Street Twin. Family pressure 😁❤️
Like I said, I know I am nitpicking. But like you said in your review, it passes the passing glance test. You glance at it while it passes you quickly and it is unmistakably a Triumph. That's a triumph (pun intended) of the design, so I forgive them that speedo
Loving the production values on this, way to go Shiraz, onwards and upwards!
Thank you so much ❤️❤️😃😃
Amazing video, and possibly the most comprehensive one for this bike. Loved the video. Amazing work, brother. Thank you for this video.
Thank you so much Arko ❤️
Truly amazing review. On point and straight forward.
Thank you so much ❤️
Explained in such simple terms! Understood exactly what you wanted to convey. While buying my bike(Pulsar N250) I chose the 250 over the ns200 because the 250 had loads of torque from the get go while the 200 only wanted to be revved and revved. Seems like this can be a great upgrade for me to pick over the 390!
Bang on! ❤️
Even I own an F250. And from these reviews, it seems this speed 400 has a ride, handling and braking charachter, similar to N250/F250.
@@premgajwani11 handling braking will definitely be better no doubt in that but yes what the 250 is to the ns200, the speed 400 is to the duke 390. Although the 2024 duke 390 is said to have better low end torque due to the increased displacement 399cc
@@rayparthapratim What I meant is when you'll upgrade from 250s, bikes like D400 will feel heavy, Duke will feel too light, while S400 will feel at home.

Already booked though but moving from a r15 v3 bs4 to this is a good decision? Because i am little bit concerned about its refinement which r15 offers. Just clear my one doubt is the vibration more on this thing compared to r15 while redlining? If that's the case i will back off and wait for the duke 390 3rd generation to hit the market..pls clear it
You will be happy to know that the vibrations while redlining in each are almost exactly the same as on the R15! Which means that you won't be bothered. People need to understand that the vibrations while redlining do not matter. Only in the top gear they shouldn't be intense (like on the Ronin), which makes maintaining triple digit speeds while touring hard. Hope this helps! 😃
Loved the review as always ❤️
Thank you so much ❤️
Great video quality and wonderful ride review,👍...
Thank you so much ❤️
Daamn Detailed one.. loved it.
Couple of questions,
1) Since the Compression Ratio is on higher Side, what about the fuel quality requirements?
2) I hope it's a BS-VI 2.0 compliant, engine.
3) Accesories list does not contain any center Stand. Whether it is fit-able, and if so, will it be available as stock?
4) Seating comfort, and the seat padding for doing long hauls. Also, the wind blast faced at higher speed.
Thank you so much! The answers:
1) The compression ratio isn't higher. The compression damping (suspension) is more as compared to the bikes that will be exported to London 😃
2) Absolutely
3) No
4) All great. I did 201 km in a few hours! That itself is a big testimonial 😃
@@RealAutoReviews For 1) I was talking about the Engine Compression Ratio, not about the Suspension.
the suspension part was clearly explained by you, in ur review.
I believe he was talking about the Fuel Air Compression ratio inside the engine. Do we have any stats around that compared to to the KTM's engine?
You both will be glad to know that the CR is less than the KTMs' 😃
Mileage?

good video buddy, however i have some questions for you. I have watched 4 review videos of this bike and all of them said
1. engine heats up quite a bit and it can be felt
2. clutch is on the heavier side inspite of it being a slipper clutch
how is it that you said the exact opposite of what they all said? just wondering.
Please mention the names of those four reviewers 😃
Haan ji??? The names please!
@@RealAutoReviews i dont remember all names but i remember sagar and strell, both are ofcourse top reviewers, i am sure even you know that.
hence i was a little confused tbh
@@arunmm4777 noobs, technically, both of them, unfortunately. I discovered lately in the SM650 reviews....
Anyway, they both are wrong. The clutch pull is beautifully light, and the heat management is terrific too. For the record, everyone, including these two, rode for less than 80 km, whereas I rode for 201 km. Now you may apply your own judgement as to who to believe. While at it, do spare some time and watch my "Noobs of Auto Journalism" video...
You are a true Passionate Biker and understand a Machine very well... I have been following many reviews due to excitement coz finally I can own a Triumph bike... I watched only on videos the Bonneville, Rocket, Etc etc. BCOZ of Bonneville I almost went to buy a Jawa Bobber but my heart was not satisfied...Now I am definitely buying the Triumph coz I can own one also I am one of 10000 who will get a at a discounted price.... I am short off some funds but I shall get it no matter what.... Thank you Bajaj and Thank you Triumph family❤🙏🏼🙏🏼
Glad to have fueled your fire, dear brother ❤️ all the best and keep me posted ❤️
I am among 10k the early birds. Still my heart is set on the Scrambler 400x. Did you get to ride that as well?
If not, would you still recommend it over this one? I am 5'8" without any footwear and height is the biggest question for me for Scrambler. Will be going for proper rides as I am still WFH and even after relocation, I will still try.
Forgot to metion earlier, A great video! Kudos!
Thank you so much. No, no one got to ride the X. Not until October. What's your inseam?
@@RealAutoReviews Thanks for your reply. My inseam is 31" without my riding shoes. I am also on the heavier side so expecting that suspension to compress a good bit. Please recommend
Thanks a lot for this video! I have same height so...Do u have to tiptoe both sides/can u put 1 foot down in traffic congestion? And is it suitable as a 1st bike?(I ride scooty)
Did you watch the separate seat height video I made? That has answers to exactly these questions of yours! 😃
I am looking for the exact ground clearance value. Do you have any data regarding ground clearance?
No one is mentioning this in their review
No one is mentioning it because it does NOT matter! If it didn't touch anywhere after being thrashed around for thousands of kms (in total) by over-enthusiastic (read: "merciless") journos, you shouldn't be bothered about numbers. Just focus on what you are seeing. The gc is not an issue by any stretch of imagination. 😃
@@RealAutoReviews yeah, in indian conditions ground clearance is something which should be considered before buying a bike, especially a premium one. I am a RS owner and I know the pain of owning an bike with below average gc, in every unscientific tall bumpers it reminds you your life choices.
But if no one is complaining then it is fine i guess.
Although I still believe triumph or bajaj should mention this on their spec sheet for both of the models.
Fantastic review and the quality of video is ❤❤🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Thank you so much ❤️
Iska fuel cap center pe nahi hai, toh refueling ke time tank bag lagana aur nikaalna karna kamm easy hoga kya?

My requirements is for regular 40KMs city rides and weekly 200KMs ride.. My height is 6 feet and weight is 100KG... I don't have any type of budget problem... I am confused btw. RE Super Meteor 650 vs speed 400 vs scrambler 400x... I don't want to have two or three kinds of bikes for separate uses.. I need one that is for long term... Also I have my pillion with me most of times... Pls help me to choose btw. These bikes option..?
Fantastic motorcycles all three, but no one has ridden the X until now. We will get to ride it in October. For an honest verdict, you will have to wait until then. In the meantime, please mention your pillion's height and weight too.
@RealAutoReviews brother pillion height is 5ft 2 inch and weight is 73 KG... What if we have to choose btw. Two ie. Speed 400 or Super Meteor 650
Fantastic review! Impressive.
You covered everything, I suppose. 👏🏻

@@RealAutoReviews Haha. Sahi hai. Lucky you. I'm 170 cms. Waiting for the Scrambler to come out. It'll be one of these for sure, whichever I'm comfortable handling for my height. These are such awesome products. But I feel that this price will rid them of the exclusivity associated with the brand.
@@ishaanagrawal2763 Lucky? Hell no! A lot more focussed and dedicated? Absolutely. We ALL got the same amount of time to ride and shoot. Some just rode for 50-80 km and called it a day, whereas only one person rode for 200 km and THEN presented his observations 😃

@@RealAutoReviews 🙂
You have your own unique way of reviewing bikes.
Haha, I have been told that 😁❤️
I don't want a sluggish RE also I don't want to reach highspeed.. Low end torque plus highway cruising at 100 is my criteria.. I mean I want to ride it fast in traffic but in highway i m good with long stroke qualities, easy cruising.. I was almost going for cb 350 rs.. Now i got confused with these 2 bikes triumph and HD..my main aim to cruise 600 km back and forth 2times a year and sometimes weekend rides of 200 km..
What should i do??Still should i go for Honda ?? Or HD will suit my riding?? I m liking the triumph scrambler more though.. My height. Is 5 11..
All of these bikes, Classic, CBs, HD, and Speed are great for touring. Get the one that appeals to your heart more 😃

Love your videos! ❤❤ I currently own the BMW G310r BS6, in your opinion how is this bike compared to the G310 (Irrespective of the difference in bike style). Should I move from my G310r to the Speed 400? Thanks! ❤❤
Thank you so much! ❤️
Now the answer to your query: this Triumph blows the BMW out of the water! The 310 just doesn't come anywhere close except for in the top speed stakes, but the 400 reaches there a lot quickly 😁 So, yes, you sure a green signal from my end 😃
@@RealAutoReviews Thank you so much, the reason for asking this question being after riding my BMW for the past 2 years, the bike doesnt seem to be as fun and doesnt bring the excitement in me as compared to when I bought this bike and learned how to ride on it! Just one more question, should I move from the G310r to the Speed 400 or save some more money and probably go for a multi cylinder 650 bike. (something like a Versys 650)(I think 650 is a perfect sweet spot of power, efficiency, maintainence, weight, and user exp. than higher displacement engines) I know its not really an apples to apples comparison, thats why I have decided to ask the expert! ❤❤
@@ketanupasani709 I can totally understand! See, if you found the G310R to be exciting for two years, I can promise you that you will find this Triumph entertaining for at least around the same amount of time, if not more! But here's what I woud suggest: 1) Watch my review video of the QJ Motor SRK 400 and then take a test ride of it,
2) You have already watched the review, now take a test ride, and try to ride them the same day to have a better idea
And don't forget to come back here and let me know! 😃

@Real Auto Reviews
I've used a classic 350 for the past 5 years in Hyderabad and sold it recently to upgrade or to get the refined Classic 350 again.
I mostly use it in the city, occasionally on the highways to my hometown which is 200km away from Hyderabad.
Now as the Speed 400 came out of syllabus...I'm lil' confused.
As I've mentioned above...that's my ride usage....I generally cruise at 70-80kmph, never did a 90kmph on my classic atleast, may not ride 10000km/year also.
What do you suggest of these two bikes for users like me? Classic 350 or Speed 400?
Thanks in Advance.
I would recommend the new Classic because of your usage 😃
@@RealAutoReviews thanks for suggestion.
My major issue with classic that I didn't mention above is handling it's heaviness in parkings
@RaviKumarReddyBandi4 aah! Then it has to be the Speed 400 or the H'ness 😃

True that! ❤️
I had booked duke 250 before launch of speed 400.. Do i cancel the booking and buy this bike? Can I expect price drop in duke 250 as both are similarly priced..
No price drop. Cancelling or not would depend on your priorities brother 😃
@@RealAutoReviews priorities? Can you plz explain? Do u still consider 250 to come close to the performance of this bike?
Which is better for city between this and honda cb 350 cafe racer or rs cb 350 ? I have shoulder pain on pulsar 135 ls as im 6'1.
Or should i wait for scrmabler.
So out of speed 400, scrambler 400 and honda cb 350 rs/cb 350 which one to go for when one can afford.
Handle bar position matters ?
Of course the handlebar position matters! How can you even think of a cafe racer 🤦 The only bike that you should be looking at is the H'ness. Or the Classic 350. I cannot comment on the Scrambler yet. October is when we get to review it.

First "apni bike" upgrading from papa's FZS V3, would you recommend the Karizma XMR (and save a good 60k in the process) or stretch for this? Keeping in consideration a single-bike garage for a student, so mileage and practicality matters. Great review, definitely subscribing for more

very helpful and informative video sir , Could you let me know about the service center and service of bike , I lknow the service is at 16 k or 1 yr but where we service the bike ?
Thank you so much. Terribly unwell since the 11th of July. Give me sometime and I shall soon do a Q&A video LIVE 😃
Great video Shiraz.. I'm almost as excited to get this bike as you are in the video.. The only thing I'm still skeptical about is the fuel efficiency..If you're still using this bike, can you tell the mileage you're getting? I've read that its below 20 in city.. that'd be a deal breaker for me..
Thank you so much ❤️❤️ And, no, the fuel efficiency isn't below 20! You may expect around 25 in the city and a bit more on the highways! In fact, a friend bought one (this bike in the video is a media unit from the first media ride); I will double-check with him and get back to you tomorrow 😃
Guess what, i messaged him and immediately replied! Gets 24-26 in the city and around 28-32 on the highways! 😃
