Does this work on the 2014 challengers? I want to swap over the 2015 + clusters. And did you remove the entire dash and replace it or just the cluster and trim pieces?
I dont think they are. they got dofferent bezels and havent seen anyone put challenger guages in a charger, id like to see it done though, I like the challenger guages better

When you swap and plug in do all the symbols move to where they are in the new cluster? I have a 2011 and got a 2015 cluster for my RT and as long as it shows where engine light and most stuff I’ll be happy
I just recently did this swap in my 2014 and my gas hand no longer updates. Reckon that’s something a tazer will fix or is there a deeper problem? I have a tazer on order but it’s not gotten here yet.
@@lilspank8471 not exactly. Had been informed that it’s a problem they’re aware of, but in the meantime I just go by the range to empty and that works just fine.
No i didnt have to. I plugged it in after. Then after starting the car or with ignition on just press cruise cancel and trac control button at the same time. That sets the steering wheel controls. But the tazer has to stay plugged in. Everytime its unplugged youll have to unlock it again with those 2 buttons

the code isnt in the steering wheel its in the car. a newer wheel still wouldnt be able to connect to the cluster without the tazer

top speed probably comes from the donor car, info carries over in the gauge cluster

with the tazer you8 can, mine defaulted to the hellcat logo when I plugged mine in
3:42 I see the Charger logo at start up.
Is true you get an airbag light or error by activating the hellcat logo splash ?

No. Plug plug it into your home computer and download thier sftware and it will install the latest firmware

There is a part that you can buy that goes inside the gas tank near the fuel pump that reads the gas levels look that up !
