I always drinking coffee every day during breakfast.
Coffee only offers short-term benefits. Bottom line, it's actually detrimental to the heart as it has vasoconstrictive properties that stress the heart over time.
I don't know 😮

Why not site the study? It's an observational study done with self reported data. It is widely known that shift workers don't live as long as people that sleep with regular schedules. People who drink coffee in the afternoon are more likely to be shift workers. Therefore, couldn't it be the schedule of the person and not the coffee consumption that causes (ahem, correlates) to greater life span.
I read drinking coffee on an empty stomach is bad as it makes the body too acidic.
I'll drink my coffee right after my beer and shot of bourbon and my cigarette on my way to bed, after a full meal of charred red meat and donuts... ;-P
