lol I started playing this in the living room infront of my family on the tv and right before it started I really said “hello hello hello” and my grandparents just looked at me like wth. 😂
I have a question for anyone smarter than me. I have a D16y8. I have a base map I've been working on to get it moving before I take it to get on a dyno. It is has speed factory VTEC eliminator in it,with a BLOX Stage 2 cam,Supertech Titanium Valve springs,Speed factory Long rods,Vitara pistons,Power Go Ramhorn manifold with a GT35. I'm not creating boost or any vacuum. My gauge is connected at the turbo boost check in between the waste gate. Yes my fire ring is installed. I have not found an exhaust leak. I've blocked off cruise to the manifold since it may cause an vacuum leak. When covering the turbo the engine dies which leads me to believe I do not have a vacuum leak on the intake side. Any suggestions are helpful. Also I have tried multiple boost gauges all of them read the same.
Got a Question, my car has been tuned and it runs great but its smoking?? I was told my oil line was to big so i swapped to 3an oil line and it still smokes. U have any idea why it smokes??

The smoking is most likely piston walls or rings. Could be valve guides. So rebuild is in your future. Exactly what I am doing for the same reason.

And how much power does D15 develop without VTEC at compression ratio >10? And how does the position of the distributor affect if you turn it more?

@@josephhall6489 make sure the drain is on the front of the engine above the oil level and is not kinked or going uphill.
What location do you tune out of?
hitting high idle cut at 2200 because tps isn't adjusted correctly

Having the same issue with my idle up and down from 1500-2000, also bucking in the 2k range. Any suggestions?
