Everything about this entire video is smooth. And I dont think enough people are talking about Neil moving out of frame after saying "fine" to reveal "Fine the Game" behind him.
Just came back for like my fifth viewing of this masterpiece. You really bottled the late 90's Saturday morning cartoon/show experience, everything from the music (spot on) to the effects and characters. I got a big Beetleborgs vibe from some parts.
UA-cam has changed alot over the years. Some of it not for the better. UA-cam used to mean something and you guys were a real big part of it. The Adventures of The New Kids On The Rock was the most playfully charming send-up to the style of parody. Thanks for doing your thing guys and doing it magnificently. You came back at the right time.
It is criminal the production that went into this, and the amount of views it got...Neil makes some amazing things that goes unnoticed now days...I love everything he does though

I've listened to most of his albums (even the older stuff) and got Spirit Phone on vinyl during it's second run, eagerly awaiting for View-Monster's vinyl release too. I do watch Guaranteed Video however it differentiates in the fact that Guaranteed Video is more focused on short skits where as New Kids on The Rock focused on longer stuff like this. So I tend to seperate the two. With that being said, I like Guaranteed Videos, hell anything neil makes or has any involvement with is usually really damn good. Definitely looking forward to whatever Neil has cooking next (which according to pretty much a leak, is a new album in the mouth trilogy)
Gunfoot was good in the edition shown in here, but when Computer Fighters 2002 came around, they nerfed him down to Low A-tier. They got rid of his unblockables, except they forgot to take away his impossibly good okizeme as well. Pizza Cop got buffed too, if I believe. His "Americano Sting Operation" special became a really useful part of his kit, and was safe on block if spaced correctly. Didn't stop Karate Werewolf and Ninjitsu Regular Wolf from being clones of each other, though.
Holy shit, I used to work part-time at Pinball Wizard! I don't remember seeing you guys filming, but if you happened to be there on a Sunday afternoon you may have seen me, the 15-year-old employee who didn't really know what he was doing haha. I can't believe I never discovered this video until now, and by complete coincidence too, but it brought back a ton of memories, especially Sarah's (the owner) brief cameo. It's a shame the placed closed a couple years ago, but at least its legacy will live on in this masterpiece :-)
