I had been searching for such a candid discussion on educational dilemmas of Pakistan coupled with socioeconomic inequalities, poverty, population growth and role of school in developing social and practical skills of a child and i found it here. Thanks Worldtimes.

I agree with this point that a maximum number of students should be enrolled in universities but several factors are keeping some brilliant minds from reaching the university level and one of the most important elements is low socioeconomic status, a man hardly making 20,000 per month would never think of educating his children rather he would prefer to send them on work and even if he decides to educate his children, it would still be very difficult for him because education has become a luxury in Pakistan even if it is free in government schools still there are alot of other expenses that one has to bear to send his children to school. Education doesn't just need funding there should be a comprehensive policy dealing with the problems of overpopulation, child labour, early marriages and this would ultimately have an increased influx in educational institutes. But to make all this possible state needs to take responsibility.
During first five years of PTI government in KPK, we have saw a positive change in education system at elementary level. This was something satisfying but now once again we are moving in a downward direction.

The discussion was not converging, for the host did not let the speaker explain a single issue completely as he kept on interrupting him.
I don't think so...
The host intervened incessantly and the speaker has to change the dimension accordingly.
