  • In April 1988,trains at Frisby on the Wreake and Barkby Lane Syston Leicestershire.
A 31/4 with an East Anglia to Birmingham New Street train at Frisby and then at Syston a class 45 passes heading for Derby,a DPU heads north,HSTs , 31s and a 56 on an MGR.
The strange porthole effect was caused by me zooming in too far with a new telephoto lens attachment on my camera,I didn't realise during the filming as it wasn't noticable on the small black and white evf.

Barkby Lane, spent many hours there in my youth with my father and Uncle watching trains. Great memories
