Salt, pepper, cumin, lots of flour. It was listed on screen at the beginning. But why is she cooking liver forever?! It gets too hard. Liver should get fried in a couple min.
Just add to your taste. No much. Cumin is new addition for me to this recipe. Probably, kills the nasty liver flavour. Will give it a try. Thanks to the cook.
@@TurkishCuisine@TurkishCuisine what what? What do you mean 25 min? Videos about 8 minutes. In the video - you have it sauteing for ~2.5 min before the onions go in, and then with the onions another couple of minutes, during which you cover it for what seems to be under a minute. Where is the 25 minutes?
WHAT !!!!!!!! Can I guess please ??? cut liver into small bits , fry very fast , stir very fast , add some chopped onion, cook for along time , serve with rice , garnish with shallots………. I will try this , thanks
*PRECISELY. WHAT IS THE POINT OF SHOWING HOW TO COOK THE BLOODY STUFF IF YOU CANNOT GIVE DETAILS OF THE RECIPE, AND THE QUANTITIES OF THE SEASONING. LOOKS LIKE HE/SHE ALSO HAD CHOPPED CORIANDER IN THE FINISHED PRODUCT!*
For it to be a recipe you have to list the ingredients.

How much cumin, pepper and salt please. Beginner cook. Don't want to add wrong amount.
It depends how much you like to taste. But for 1 kg, 1tspn cumin, 1 pepper and 1+1/2 salt is enough for me.
Just add to your taste. No much. Cumin is new addition for me to this recipe. Probably, kills the nasty liver flavour. Will give it a try. Thanks to the cook.

Hi David, it is speedy version and please try it is so delicious.
Its a pity that you are incapable of saying a few words as you cook. Tends to make it more interesting. I switched off after 2 minutes.
