      Hi, you will have to prepare the lungs a little bit different, boiling them first. However once you've prepared the lungs by giving them a quick boil you can then follow a similar method to this recipe.

    Hi u have jeera,dhania,hurdee etc in ur mixed masala...so y u adding again...I'm just curious

      Hi, yes we use the mixed masala as sort of the base to start from and then for particular recipes we add in extra spices for extra flavour. Especially with meat dishes but for some veg dishes that may need extra chillie powder for instance to give it that extra heat. So we do adjust from time to time. And sometimes we add in the whole spices as well.
