Grab a Healtech obd unit. It allows you to relearn critical sensors like idle sensor. As well as clear FI lights. I think you can do more but being able to relearn sensors help a lot.
Did you ever find that at higher RPMs with full throttle, but bike would stutter a bit? feeling a bit jittery or something? Or was it just a low RPM rough idling issue?
I did not notice a decrease in power at a higher rpm. I immediately ordered plugs and replaced them once it started sputtering at low rpm. If a plug was not firing at all, it may prove more symptomatic at higher rpm.

Yes, the plugs were the culprit.

I am preaty sure that those coils are the same order doesnt mattter. Plugs matter
