I work for a bank and I caught this scam yesterday. Saved our customer $34k!!!
Bravo. Maybe you can reach HQ and demand they give all cashiers (and bank employees) a course in spotting these crimes. If its legit, the customer might be miffed you view them as incompetent, but if its a scam its all worth it.

My mom was in a bad bicycle accident and she has gotten scammed before. My mom is a true angel from heaven and it hurt me so bad to see her cry. Like, yeah, he's used to this and does great work... but every now there's one of these maggots that crosses every line, dances on them, and then spits in your eye. I'd love to be able to see more of that kind of thing with scammers where the "victim" turns nasty and cruel and decides they don't care if the scammer loses their job and they'll just keep the money for themselves, as well as just constantly calling the scammer out on their empty death threats and challenging them to hang up first. (Potentially meaning they don't get paid if I've heard the rumors right)

they often miss the story arc. First: shock/fear Re the 'mistake', then asking for help; then fear/disappointment that they mightn't get it, then feelings of being let down, etc. They miss the emotional build up, they need more training.
My former manager, lemme say that again MANAGER someone that makes more money than me to do 1/2 the job sent $4000 via apple iTunes gift cards when the “IRS called her”. Came back all frantic telling us the crazy story and she just couldn’t believe it was actually a scammer.

Scammers have called me about this and many other Scams. I like the one where they called me and told me that my social security number has been used for laundering money lol . I always tell him a different name different address and then they start running all that down to me after about 10 minutes telling me if I make a payment to the deputies that could stop me from being arrested blah blah blah. I will tell them there's no such thing as any warrants on me or any social security number of mine out there that my name isn't even the name I gave them they hang up on me. I get a kick out of doing what this man does to them. I just love it. I real them in like a big fish and then I break the line.💙 keep this up young man you are helping a lot of seniors out there. Well about that there are more than one person giving out the calls and there are like more than 500 people in a company and many process of these scams currently going on

@p he never received actual money. In his other videos, the scammers share the screen with their victim and then the scammers edit the HTML page to make it as if the victim received extra money. He knew this and that's why he said he just played along
