I have been following sikhsiyast for a long tym.. I know according to sardar Ajmer Singh ji the real threat for khalsa panth is nationalism , but when a large no of our community is serving in Indian defence forces it is very diificut for us to break this chain..in a long run it will possess a great threat to the sovereignty of khalsa panth.. I want to know from sardar Paramjeet Singh ji what is his opinion about this??
Without going into any controversy about the Dasam Granth, Bhai Ajmer Sing is right in pointing out that the Nirmala sect introduced Brahmanical practices, the Gita, and intoxicants in Sikh places of worship. Sant Attar Singh started an initiation movement to remove anti-Sikh practices from the Sikh faith. The Nirmallas interepreted Sikh teachings through a Vedic lens. Some British administers, who were genuinely concerned about the eroding Sikh identity, used Christian metaphysics/theology to interpret the teachings. Terms like monotheist, god, lord, master, heaven and hell were used. The Muslims looked upon Guru Nanak as their own because of his travels in the middle east, his close relation to Muslims, his teaching of One Creator, rejection of Hindu practices. We have 3 different perspectives. How can the Guru contradict himself? He didn't, the ambiguities came about as a result of interpretation by non Sikh 'scholars'. Today there are many decent people like Seechewal who work for the community, but what good is he when his sect is cutting our roots, making RSSs job easier. And then there are the modern secularists who looking through the prism of scientific rationality have reduced the Guru to a religious reformer like Luther King.

Nirmala and udasis kept sharda alive. Sharda shall always outweigh tarak. That's how Christianity died few hundred years ago
