Seems like the VIP area in KF is closer to the stage compared to last years set up. First timer to EDC. Thank you EMMA for the informative videos! cant wait!!!
HOW do you afford to go to this and so many other festivals each year Emma??! I guess UA-cam must pay pretty good for your videos! (Or what else do you do in order to have so many thousands of dollars "extra" each season in order to go to so MANY of these nationwide and worldwide music festivals?... I certainly wish that I could afford to do that too!
UA-cam ads are not much at all😅 So I typically get free passes through the Insomniac affiliate program I'm a part of or via work! I work full-time for BeatBox Beverages and we sponsor over 100+ festivals a year. This year I'm attending EDC on behalf of BeatBox! It's a dream job 👏
@@EmmaKapotes Yes, I would say it is! I would love to do something like that myself, how could I get involved with that? Who would I need to talk to, or where would I have to go to sign up for that myself? (I need to seriously look into it at least!)
I have a video coming out next about it! It’s a sponsored booth/area where a brand will be sampling & selling their product, giving things away or have some sort of interactive element for fans!
My first edc and I’m so grateful I found you bro only do you explain things so well but you make me feel less nervous it’s getting closer and I was starting to get a little overwhelmed but not anymore I truly hope I run into you and tell you thank you queen 🥹🩷🩷✨
The lack of GA restrooms and water stations concerns me. 1 GA restroom for the whole right side of the map, but the little space between Bionic Jungle and Kinetic gets 2. 1 GA water station on the whole right side as well. Not to mention it doesn't look like they did anything to fix the bottleneck issue of getting into Kinetic from the back with how much VIP is pushed into the GA area. Especially with how much bigger they make it look. Hopefully the area around Daisy Fields is more wide open to help with flow into GA. I have a good friend playing at Boom Box named KEPIK. Definitely worth checking out at 3am Fri night. Odd that they would put the Oasis right next to Wasteland. Not the most calming stage.
Yeah very curious about the bathrooms near Circuit. Those were always the craziest to me. I personally always filled up my water near Cosmic before I headed anywhere near circuit grounds/that side of the festival so I had a full bag. It's not ideal, but I would also just buy a water from a bar if needed to refill my bag.
So excited for my first EDC! Can’t wait to experience all of the fun and craziness! I’ve been really busy working on a neon shark totem for my group. Can’t wait for EDC!!!

Its a fancy marketing word for a booth to sell stuff basically and interact with customers/fans of the brand.
