In the FDNY they are called "Spares" its a 2002 Seagrave 75' Aerialscope Tower Ladder. They also have reserves as well though which are stored and used for special events etc.
The companies decide what they want to put on their rigs, this company specifically wanted to add the colors stripped of the Irish flag. Ladder 114 “Tally Ho” is what the truck has on their frontline.

Eh still doesn't look bad for a nearly 20 year old rig.
@@PremierAutoMan86 the shops did full refurbishments on a lot of these spares to make them last a decent bit longer.

114 is a spare, numbers are duct taped on. That Code 3 on the drivers side could use a little attention lol.
