Joe Pineapple: Painting ABC Warrior with Simon Bisley's Influence From 2000 Ad

Joe Pineapples was one of the first members of the robot commando unit, the ABC Warriors. He is an expert marksman and was once described as the best sniper in the world. He joined the Warriors after being kicked out of the elite X-Terminators squad for seducing the wife of a (human) superior officer. Joe assassinated the Volgan robot General Blackblood, who was then rebuilt and reprogrammed to work for the ABC Warriors, and Blackblood has hated him ever since.
Joe only spoke in code initially, though he has since adopted standard English. Following the original dissolution of the Warriors, he became first a police firearms instructor on Earth and then a police detective in the robot-free world of Mekka (where he was in a relationship with social worker Ms. Aphrodite Von Boo). He has since rejoined the Warriors and has now spent several centuries, more or less continually in service with them (aside from a brief period as an assassin for the Terran government).

Mentally somewhat odd, even for a robot.

Thumbs-up for the colour scheme. Nice metallic look to the Hive Dweller Purple, I was surprised. My personal vision of Joe is a cross between the T-800, Sam Spade, Grace Jones and Cameo.

I just made that android deamon from that reference art for the base of my metal Hammerstein lol. Bold color choice for Joe. Im doind a slap chop method with speedpaint for my ABC warriors. I add some silver to the grayscale for the highlights.
