    At 12:24 can one use a bowflex dumbell? Also weight hints for beginners would be a good idea.

      Any weight that you can easily control will be fine Megha. In terms of weight, as a beginner I would just start with body weight and then increase the weight when you feel ready by around 2.5kgs. You may feel that is too easy and like to increase it more! most people start on a 2.5/5kgs plate and I don't see many of our clients go above 10kgs
