  • A #tutorial on how to make more fluid animation and/or longer shots in Ebsynth by exceeding its 24 keyframe limit. That's how we're breaking it. With more keyframes, your animation will just look better. If this is something you'd like to do, I'll show you how. (That is until they update it and make this tutorial obsolete.😭)
    You'll need to have basic EbSynth knowledge and After Effects.
    I use a sample shot from my animated web series "Super Zeroes".

      Oh man! That's awesome! Thanks! And glad this video was helpful. I have a list of other vids to make. Life has gotten in the way though.

    I have a question about how you make the mouth fit. Do you have a keyframe for every mouth opening? How do you figure out how many frames you need and which one to keyframe?

    • @zackketz
      @zackketz  Рік тому +1

      The number of keyframes is dependent on how much the mouth changes shape. I generally will do a keyframe every time the mouth is open. I will also do one or two keyframes if the mouth is stuck in a position for several seconds. I also do keyframes before and after the eyes blink. So prior to filming I instruct all the talent multiple times to be conscious of their blinking.

    So the whole video has to already be in a stylized frame? My video has a lot of different people and scene changes. Because what if I only styled the first 10 secs will eybsnth now to stylize the rest of the video into like a drawing. Or will it only stylize the frame I gave it. I have a 5 minute clip I want to stylize but I only have a stylized frame for the first 10 secs? Will eybsnth know to stylize the rest of my clip because it has a lot of moving parts it?

      Yes, you'll have to have all your keyframes drawn before you process using Ebsynth. Also, you're only processing each shot one at a time. So if your scene has 5 shots, you do each one separately. Don't process the whole video at once unless it's only 1 shot in it's entirety. I hope that clears it up. If not, feel free to ask.

    how to solve if i have multiple keyframes and the generated frames results of each keyframe interval can bringa sharp change? And i edit them in preimere, thank you

    • @zackketz

      I'm not following. You don't generate frames from a keyframe. You only have the generated frames from the video. Keyframes are the ones you choose to draw. Just want to make sure we're on the same page.

      @@zackketz yes, i mean the frames that generated wit keyframes by ebsynth, if i have multliple keframes, then the frames generated with them can be different, so when put those different interval together into on video, at the conjuntion, it has a sharp change effect: )

      @@michaelli7000 I think I'm following. You're seeing jumps in the animation after you've processed your keyframes. If this is correct, you'll need to use After Effects to fix this. You'll need to adjust your opacity keyframes of each "layer" as they transition in and out. I should make a short tutorial on this.
