      Hello,
      Thanks for watching. Hope you were able to remove the dirts. you just need to soak for like 15 - 20mins and the dirts should come off.

    It’s actually not dirt, it’s villi that absorb nutrients from the food you eat. The reason why tripe is white in Europe for example is because of a bleaching process, Gordon Ramsay actually did a video on that.

    The idea is good but I recently learned that this type of meat contains most nutrients needed by the body. I do think that removing the top is taking these away.

      Hmm 🤔 this is the inner lining of the stomach though and it’s the first that have accumulated over time from grazing on grass .That is why the color is usually greenish brown.

    • @my_lil_book
      @my_lil_book 7 місяців тому +1

      Grass also contains nutrients though so, regardless it's not dirt. Some prefer it green others white. It's a matter of preference not hygiene.

      A lot of cultures removed the black stuff because it cames from what ever the animals eat not the animals itself and depending on what the animals farm used as feed for the animals it can be black, brown, yellow or even green
