Thank you very much! . I probably will never need to do this, but I thought if I need then this will be the way to do it. I checked YT, and you have confirmed me.
Good video budd. You could also use hard brush for this job, works well as well. Well cleaned tripe is alongside with the beef tongue the best beef meat by far
It’s actually not dirt, it’s villi that absorb nutrients from the food you eat. The reason why tripe is white in Europe for example is because of a bleaching process, Gordon Ramsay actually did a video on that.
@@Keruush12 haha it is the inner lining of the stomach so all the food get stuck there so you should actually clean before eating.Thank you for watching 😊
The idea is good but I recently learned that this type of meat contains most nutrients needed by the body. I do think that removing the top is taking these away.
Hmm 🤔 this is the inner lining of the stomach though and it’s the first that have accumulated over time from grazing on grass .That is why the color is usually greenish brown.
I've had it both ways...both delicious... But the white is more versatile in terms of cooking... When not cleaned you are limited to cooking it the traditional way... 🇿🇦
I don't know what you mean by natural color but that is the inner lining of the stomach and it is coated with grass and other food that the animal has eaten for a while and deserved to be cleaned.
Please stop being a know it all we dont remove the black things.. And if u do, don't call it dirt... This meat has been passed on traditionally and we eat it like that... I have watched it video where the lady just uses vinegar and doesn't remove the black things
Interesting. I hope you know that is where all the grass eaten collects overtime and that changes the color of the internal lining but if you love it that way, please go ahead!
A lot of cultures removed the black stuff because it cames from what ever the animals eat not the animals itself and depending on what the animals farm used as feed for the animals it can be black, brown, yellow or even green
If u dont scrab the dark layer out, its more favorable
Oh really?😂 can’t think of not doing that! That’s the inner lining of the stomach so you need to clean ☺️
It has a funkier taste. Some people like that. I prefer mine white!
It's dirt bacteria clean it well
I love it with the darker outer layer yummm
YEP

A quanto gradi è x quanto tempo
Good video budd. You could also use hard brush for this job, works well as well. Well cleaned tripe is alongside with the beef tongue the best beef meat by far
Thanks, that will definitely be easier to clean

Grass also contains nutrients though so, regardless it's not dirt. Some prefer it green others white. It's a matter of preference not hygiene.
Thanks a lot!!! The hot water really helps!!!💕💕
Yes, it sure does
What's the black stuff?
Dirt from the inner lining of the stomach
@@DerinsCorner ewwwwwwwww stinky
I think it kaka
In my country we eat those black staff so yummy
Thats dirt...lol
@@DerinsCorner It taste really good, I tried the one looking white and it had a weirdo texture.
@@IB_info oh really.
DerinsCorner I was surprised why you removing the yummy things
@@DerinsCorner was asking myself the same... Like why are they wasting the goodies. I would not enjoy it without the black things
How do you maintain the whiteness on sheep tripe after been cleaned
Hello, usually i cook after cleaning but if you freeze it should still be white.
You could use some vinegar with water to wash it
Thanks for the tips! Not really a big fan of washing tripes but I like eating it😂😂. I 'll definitely try this method now👌🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
I know, it can be messy.lol
😂😂😂 same here. Since morning that I tried to portion mine in freezer bags and put in the freezer, my hand still has that smell 😂😂
Try using white vinegar... soak longer.
Great suggestion!
Great tutorial thank you
Glad it was helpful!

Goat shaki is wa ha la. Ijust finished the amount of hit water and scraping with sharp knife and it smell is bad o but after it clean theres no smell
yes, it takes some time to remove the dirt. It's the inner lining of the stomach so it definitely accumulates lots of goat feed.
Thank you so much
Thanks for watching
That is why foods like Callos is expensive because the preparation is laborious. But the food is delicious.
It sure is!
Thanks, very helpful tutorial
Glad you loved it
You make it look so much easier than the other video I watched
Aww,thanks glad I was able to simplify things 😊
Why are you calling it dirt? This natural color is what gives the towel its unique smell and taste. Please apologize for referring to food as dirt.
I don't know what you mean by natural color but that is the inner lining of the stomach and it is coated with grass and other food that the animal has eaten for a while and deserved to be cleaned.
Exactly It's not dirt
It's actually kaka.
It’s a delicacy , cooking it kills all the bacteria
@@lemonnlimelight2760yes it’s caca
What do you mean "towel"? Nobody eats a TOWEL!

If you have to do all of this, then maybe it shouldnt be eaten
Lol,some ppl actually don’t eat it but then if you try it once then you will get hooked
What is that? 🤢
Sheep or cow stomach 😋
That wrong. You just removed the important part.
What a waste
The correct grammar is, "That's wrong". Not, "That wrong".
I just ate mine with the dirts 😢🤣🤢🤮 I tried to remove but it wasn’t coming up
haha! I guess you are still good so no worries. Next time try this instead
Too much of talking
Really, okay I will speak less ...haha
She barely talked at all. Also your English grammar is bad. Maybe you are the one doing too much talking.
