Quantum Mechanics is a weird Subject. Wave Function Collapse, Quantum Superposition, Quantum Entanglement e.t.c are some of the weirdest concepts in Quantum Theory. Quantum Superposition implies that a quantum object can be in two different states at the same time. Schrodinger's cat Is a thought experiment enhancing Superposition's weird effects. As per this, Schrodinger's cat can be dead and alive at the same time It became one of the most important legacies of Quantum Physics.
Quantum Mechanics is a branch of science purely built upon mathematics. There are different physical interpretations of the underlying mathematics. Among these interpretations, Copenhagen Interpretation is the most widely accepted one. Superposition is the central concept of this interpretation. However, Erwin Schrodinger and Albert Einstein were not supportive of this interpretation of quantum mechanics.

"If a tree falls in the forest and there is no one to hear it, did the falling tree make a sound ?". അതായത് കാട്ടിൽ വീഴുന്ന മരം ശബ്ദമുണ്ടാക്കിയോ ഇല്ലയോ എന്നറിയാൻ ഒരു 'നിരീക്ഷകൻ ' (ഉപകാരണങ്ങളിലൂടെയാണെങ്കിലും ) വേണം . ഈ Observer Effect' തന്നെയാണ്

ഇനി 'super position ' ന്റെ കാര്യത്തിൽ , മാറ്റി മറിക്കപ്പെട്ടത് ' law of causality' (ഒന്നിന് മറ്റൊന്ന് കാരണമാകുന്നു ) എന്ന ചിന്തയാണ് .അവിടെ കാര്യവും (effect ) കാരണവും (cause ) കുഴഞ്ഞു മറിഞ്ഞാണ് കിടക്കുന്നത് . ഒരേ സമയം "A causes B " and "B causes A" എന്നർത്ഥത്തിൽ . അതുകൊണ്ടാണ് പൂച്ചയുടെ കാര്യത്തിലെ പോലെ സാധ്യതകളെ (PROBABILITIES ) പറയാൻ കഴിയൂ , ഉറപ്പില്ല എന്നർത്ഥം . ഇംഗ്ലീഷിൽ , 'it's correlation, not causation' എന്നൊരു പ്രയോഗം തന്നെയുണ്ട് അതിനെ സൂചിപ്പിക്കാനായി .

ഈ thought experiment ൽ radio active decay ചെയ്യുന്നത് അനുസരിച്ച് പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന ഒരു ഉപകരണം ഉണ്ട്. എൻ്റെ അഭിപ്രായത്തിൽ ആ ഉപകരണം അത് detect ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ തന്നെ already അതിൻ്റെ superposition collapse ചെയ്യുകയാണ് ചെയ്യുന്നത്. ഇവിടെ പെട്ടി അടച്ച് പൂട്ടി ഭദ്രമായി വെച്ചാലും നമ്മൾ അകത്ത് നടക്കുന്നത് എന്താണെന്ന് അറിയുന്നില്ല എന്നതും ബാധകമല്ല. ആ ജോലി indirectly ആ decay dector ചെയ്യുന്നുണ്ട്. Double slit experiment ൽ ഏത് slit ലൂടെ അണ് electron കടന്നു പോകുന്നത് എന്ന് അറിയാനായി sensor വച്ചപോൾ അവിടെയും ഇതുപോലെ superposition collapse ആകുകയാണ് ഉണ്ടായത്. അതിനാൽ പെട്ടി നമ്മൾ തുറക്കുന്നതിന് മുന്നേ തന്നെ superposition collapse ചെയ്തു കഴിഞ്ഞിരിക്കും.

Your ability to present is really appreciable, brother. Schrodinger's cat is really complex thing. Though I tried to read a lot to understand, I don't get a clear picture about half spin of quarks in an atom. Quantum entanglement says in case one particle spin in a direction, the spin direction of other particle can be determined how far away it can lie. I just like to know an atom is a tiniest one. How can this much of distance between both particles. Kindly arrange a video incorporating these aspects. Thank a tonne for your best efforts!👍🏻🙏

Here is my take on this. Truth in quantum level is not directly comparable to our life size truths. So with Schrodinger's experiment below is what I assume. Up until the decaying atom is measured, it could be in a super position state, and that means it could be in a 50-50 state. But once the detector in the box detects the state, there is a new life size truth revealed which determines the life of the cat. In other words, when the box is closed, Cat is not in a superposition state of both dead and alive, it is only at the quantum level superposition is true. If the detector detects a decay, only that decides death of the cat. For us to say Cat is in a superposition of death and life, there is one more thing that must be true in the experiment. If the decay detector detects no decay, it should breathe life into the cat. Which cannot be done, that is why reality of quantum world and real world cannot be mixed. Hence the experiment cannot not prove anything Schrodinger intended. Thoughts?

Sir നമ്മൾ പരീക്ഷ എഴുതി റിസൾട്ട് കാത്തിരിക്കുന്ന പോലെയാണോ ഈ സൂപ്പർ പൊസിഷൻ നിലനിൽക്കുന്നത് എന്ന് ഒരു തോന്നൽ..കാരണം result വരുന്നത് പരീക്ഷ എഴുതി കഴിഞ്ഞ് മാസങ്ങൾ കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ടു ആകും..പക്ഷേ പരീക്ഷ എഴുതികഴിഞ്ഞ സമയം ആണല്ലോ യദാർത്ഥ വിജയം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നത്.. valuation ചെയ്യുന്നത് വരെ വിജയവും പരാജയവും തുല്യമായ ഏതോ ഒരു സൂപ്പർ പൊസിഷനിൽ ആണെന്ന് പറയാമല്ലോ.. അതോ, നമ്മൾ ഒരു കുഞ്ഞു ജനിച്ചത് പ്രസവിക്കപ്പെട്ട സമയം കണക്കാക്കി ആണെല്ലോ. പക്ഷേ അതിന് മുമ്പുള്ള ഗർഭാവസ്ഥയിൽ കുട്ടി ജനിക്കാൻ വേണ്ടി ഒരുങ്ങുകയാണ്.. ജനനത്തിനും ഗർഭത്തിനും ഇടയിലെ ഒരു സാങ്കേതികത്വം ആണോ ഈ സൂപ്പർ പൊസിഷൻ? അഥവാ നമ്മുടെ ഒബ്സർവേഷൻ ആണല്ലോ സാങ്കേതികമായി ഓരോ പൊസിഷനുകൾ ഇവിടെയും സൃഷ്ടിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്....
എപ്പോൾ ഒരാളുടെ മരണം ഉണ്ടാകുമ്പോഴും ഏതോ ഒരു നിമിത്തം സംഭവിക്കുകയും സംഭവിക്കാതിരിക്കയും മരിക്കുകയും ജീവൻ നിലനിർത്തുകയും ചെയ്യും.. നമ്മുടെ ഓരോ കാര്യങ്ങളും നടക്കുകയും നടക്കാതെ ഇരിക്കുകയും ആണ്..ഒരു പോയിൻ്റിൽ വെച്ച് നമ്മൾ "അറിയുകയാണ്" അത് ഉണ്ട്, അല്ലങ്കിൽ ഇല്ല..അതിനാൽ സമയം എന്ന പ്രതിഭാസം ഇല്ലാതെ ഇരുന്നാൽ പ്രാപ്യമാകുന്നതാണോ ഇത്..? രണ്ടു സമയങ്ങൾ ആണല്ലോ ഇല്ലായ്മയും ഉണ്ടാവലും നടത്തുന്നത്.. കാരണം കോണ്ടം ഫിസിക്സ് ഒരു സൂക്ഷ്മ ശാസ്ത്രം ആണല്ലോ.. അതീവസൂക്ഷ്മമായ അവസ്ഥയിൽ സമയവും സൂക്ഷ്മമാണ്. അപ്പോൾ ഒരു ആക്ഷൻ നടക്കുന്നതിന് മുമ്പ് അതിസൂക്ഷ്മ സെക്കൻഡുകളിൽ നമ്മുടെ ലോകത്തുനിന്ന് കാണുമ്പോൾ അത് നടക്കാൻ ഇനിയും സമയങ്ങൾ ആവശ്യമാണ്..

But what makes the need of science is the need of science isn't it? Most of these ppl are loving science because they hate theism..
We have not proved yet whether universe is material in nature, and u cant even do that, but wearing materialim as the front end of science by saying , in science, only matter is truth, nothing more nothing else is coming from some bias, may be his love for the communism has contributed it.. Isn't it?
Science must be the front end, no doubt about that, but propagating other anomalies in a subtle way through science may divert ppl to be very static about views on science , philosophy, values, their life itself..
Science is dynamic it must admit every scope and possibilities..
But here what they are doing is like, we wont change, truth must be material, any other we wont admit even if we found it truth....
- It's not easy to understand this, you need to invest your life to know this..
If you are a science guy, you make sure dont follow ppls ideologies, only science...
There are several places where science admitting some facts that are not even logics, we have to develop new ways to seek that..
