- U.S. Senate candidates Pat Chesbro (D), and Kelly Tshibaka (R) took the stage along with incumbent senator Lisa Murkowski (R), at a candidate forum hosted by the Alaska Oil and Gas Association at the Dena'ina Civic and Convention Center in Anchorage on September 1, 2022.

Kelly Tshibaka looks like she mouthing words from some Fox news show (push play). Pat Chesbro seems like a female Bernie Sanders after a second stroke. Lisa is Lisa. Kelly Tshibaka projects so much compassion that she'd sacrifice a bucket of piss on you if you're on fire, but would marry you for a barrell of oil. Pat Chesbro thinks she's auditioning for a 1950's librarian. Lisa knows this is her easiest run.

I am not surprised they are not asking questions that really matters to our children. I saw on the news today that they are closing six Anchorage schools saving $6,000,000 to a deficit of 68,000,000. When they should shut down schools specifically for children who have anger management, and for those with special needs not the highly functioning ones who can work for minimum wage later on in life with minimal supervision. But those who do not or cannot communicate, learn, and go to the bathroom. Schools are not a place to babysit children. Schools are to teach not change diapers. If you eliminate this group in ten years you will not have a deficit. Why in hell are we for forced to pay for someone's child who is brain dead to go to school? They are not learning because they cannot learn. And those who are diagnosed with anger issues, these children know they can injure you without consequences, are being reinforced in their beliefs they can put you in the hospital and it is totally acceptable. Now these children do not have a right to have special schools. Their parents have the right to teach them. And if they can fit in regular school without killing someone then they earned the right to go to school. These children have the right to learn what is acceptable behavior and what is not. You guys are closing schools without so much as thinking of other ways, better way to manage money. Another one is if the teachers won't go to school to teach the children their need to be fired and hire those who will come in and work.
Of course there is. They don't want to come in to the school and actually work. They want to go on vacations, stay home anything than to do their jobs. I just am hoping they get rid of all the woke teachers who can't teach English by using they then pronouns, the teachers who are grooming them in these so call sex Ed program, not teaching the fundamentals so they can graduate half way educated. Thankfully min are all grown or I would be homeschooling them. They are more interest in having in school programs for children who still poop their pants at age 19 or the anger behavioral students (in and out of juvie). I know I worked with them. They shouldn't be babysitting at school changing diapers or being parole or security officers at school either. Ah it's bad news nowadays

Kelly is absolutely targeting Alaskas issues. Lisa VOTED for all of the policies she’s saying she doesn’t agree with! Lisa is straight lying! Kelly needs to save Alaska.
This shows why Alaskans are not represented by their legislature, which are beholden to big oil. An oil rich state has to lay off hundreds of state workers, cut the ferry system, chop education and try to close the university of Alaska. This way big oil can be paid a billion bucks a year, and call it a tax credit. This is the dumbing down of Americans in action.
"Big oil" has paid billions in taxes and essentially funds the entire state budget. At a certain point, as production decreases, the north slope pipeline will nor be viable, and then oil production, and oil tax revenue, will plumet to near zero. Tax incentives to producers, encourage investment, and creates more tax revenue, long term.

Kelly keeps harping on "radical appointees" but I think back to the last administration and the large number of those "good ole boys" that were simply incompetent and self enriching so I give Sen. Murkowski kudos for helping to bring competence back to the federal appointees even if they weren't politically aligned, they at least had respected knowledge, skills and abilities in their choosen fields of discipline and not simply a rubber stamp committee cabinet.
Flash rounds: Do you now or have you ever supported big oil taking all the State oil revenue and calling it tax credits? Oops, I mean did you support tax hikes on big oil? ( Questions asked in both debates sponsored by big oil.) Ak House measure on tax credit reform. This has always been the misinformation on ballott referendums, where your no vote means yes for the measure.
I love Lisa Murkowski so much. I have been supporting her for almost a year now, and I hope she wins reelection by a lot!
