The panic over the heat absolutely shocks me. I'm an American living in East Asia where worse than that is normal. People in the US simply lack the basic skills to go through life as normal. They don't know how to dress or even know where to stand. I'd be dead if I went through an East Asian summer like folks in the US are doing.

Every Generation has issues building wealth. My generation prioritized getting a good education, finding a good job no matter where in the country, working hard to make a career, buying used cars, taking inexpensive vacations, learning to repair plumbing, cars etc to save money.
