Powerlifters and strong men tend to have really big abdominal muscles that bulge out. When a healthy level of fat goes over it, it looks like a gut. Though a fair few of powerlifters and strongmen also keep themselves in an overfed state. Which also gives them a bit more fat. It's a worthy trade off though, since being in an overfed state actually makes you stronger.

    • @Mark-xw5yt

Teresa Howick you can be a powerlifter taking steroids... the point is that they aren’t lean, cuz eating less to remove bodyfat and make your muscle outLines pop will make you weaker. Doesn’t have to do with steroids.

Fun facts of the Hawaiian culture versions:
Hina was his mother. Specifically Hinaiakamalama. She is the goddess of the moon and making kapa which is clothing made from the wauke bark. To make kapa, you need to soak the bark in water, pound it out with special wooden tools, and repeat this process until it is done and soft and then it needs to be dried. The days were too short for the kapa to dry out properly, so Maui caught the sun and slowed it down for his mother. This is a shortened explanation of how we explain Summer.
Maui’s hook in Hawaiian culture is named Manaiakalani or Kamakau-nui-o-Maui. He used his hook to capture the islands with his brother. When he was on the canoe, he told his brothers that if he catches something, to keep paddling forward and to not look back for whatever reason. When his hook grabbed something, he told his brothers the same thing, but one of his brothers defied him and looked back to see a huge island on his line. Because he looked back, Maui’s line broke and his hook went flying to the sky which you can see today if you look up at the Scorpio star line. That is one of the stories of how our islands were created. Both of these versions I told are also shortened down a lot, mahalo 🙏🏽.

There was this story where this guy told the father of the kidnapped daughter, where zeus waent with his daughter and zeus was so pissed that he sent someone to punish the guy that snitch on him.

God (Christianity) flooded the Earth because people were all corrupted aside from Noah and his family. He tasked Noah to build an Ark (a colossal boat) to store him, his family, and the animals he collected to be safe. When the flood disperse, the landscape changed and Noah and his family are the last humans alive and he created a rainbow as a sign to never flood the Earth again. God brings plagues in Egypt because of the slaves (I cannot remember the story properly). It may be cruelty but you know that the people are stubborn to listen so he brings the plagues as a lesson. God only brings destruction because of humanity. He could end the Earth and be done with it. If it weren’t for Jesus’ begging to spare the humans while he was being crucified, we would have all died. If God was so cruel, he would have ended Cain’s life after Cain killed Able but he didn’t and instead banished him.

The Disney's Maui character looks like, no disrespect to actor Dwayne Johnson's grandfather (Maori Tribe) Chief Pekelo Maivia. Research it folks, his family are beautiful. I remember both his father Rocky and grandfather, awesome wrestlers and VERY attractive men.
Disney Creators probably got the character idea from this famous wrestler.

Maui is based on Dwayne Johnson's grandfather High Chief Peter Maivia. Disney was told that Maui needed to be larger than life like Jon said and Dwayne showed them a photo of his grandfather for inspiration. All of this was told in a behind the scenes special about the movie.

Very appropriate shirt for today's story, Mr. Jon. I would love to learn more about Polynesian gods and goddesses like Pele. I hope they make a movie about Maui, I wish the Greek women have teeth in their --- so Zeus keep his loin in his toga.

In my culture, Samoan we are told that coconuts are eels heads because of the three holes which represents the eyes and the mouth and we also have a myth of how coconuts came to be called Sina and the eel

    Me: Balls?
