At his age, I would assume he’s had more than a few eye exams. If he has an eye condition, I’m sure he knows about it.

This is silly. There is nothing wrong with Cillian. When we look upward,,,,,,we are trying to remember something,,facts or details that's body language 101. He,is humble..and he doesn't need to perform for the camera. He is refreshingly not interrested in pandering to the interviews and the Hollywood me,,,,me,,,,,me attitude. A private contemplative sort of professional high level actor.

He was probably already diagnosed. I've seen photos of him wearing glasses in his real life, so his optician likely had it taken care of. It's not something he's going to be talking about since it's personal and no need for us to know.
