This is outrageous! Not only was the ATF breaking the law by not having body cameras, but they purposely disabled the homeowners surveillance system, which is not allowed under any circumstances even with a warrant. I find it highly questionable if they even have the right to cut the electricity to the house. This was NOT an arrest warrant, it was a search warrant.
It is documented that they were required to wear body cameras, but they decided not to. When will they be fired for disobeying a direct order?
And prosecuted for tampering with evidence!
This sounds very much like the Mara Lago raid, they cut the security cameras, allowed no observation from the Secret Service or Trump’s security guards. They went far beyond their authority and violated basic rights.

The agency having any say about firearms is a direct violation of the Second Amendment, because the entire purpose of them being given authority about firearms was to illegally override the amendment's order to all levels of government to never infringe on the right of the people to keep and bear arms. Do you understand that Congress cannot arrest and prosecute citizens under US Law as a separation of powers? In addition to passing legislation, they can hold hearings to put people under oath to testify and surface information. But that has to pass off to the DOJ, FBI or to the appropriate State and Local authorities. There in lies the issue. The Executive Branch elite ran institutions (Agencies etc.) along with courts are tainted. Most in Congress are, some are not. That's kind of the issue across the board. Bryan Malinowski's gun sales were more than a weekend hobby, however despite being under investigation the ATF never once notified him that he was violating the law. The first contact he had with ATF was smashing down his door under the cover of darkness. Only natural that a man known to be a prolific seller of guns had many guns in his home. He had no reason to expect law enforcement and every reason to suspect a smash and grab robbery by bad guys.

They weren't at the wrong address, he wasn't innocent, he didn't just sell a gun to his cousin who he knew wasn't a fellon. He knew exactly what he was doing. He was a black market dealer buying guns in bulk and selling them to circumvent the law.

The search warrant could have been executed at noon, with a knock on the door. They could have also called him to the police station for questioning. What happened is beyond ridiculous, the authorities think he should have a $200.00 license and they invade a man's home for that, but can't be bothered for more serious crimes.
Also, guilty as he may seem, there is no official verdict stating he was guilty. They should have prosecuted him if they thought he was guilty, not invade his home and kill him.

I was horrified whilst listening to this. This wasn’t a search gone wrong; it was an execution. The ATF and local police showed up, covered a security camera, killed the lights, executed a man, and took his wife (now widow) hostage. This is utterly deplorable and makes me sick to my stomach. All of those involved in what was clearly a raid on this man’s home need to be investigated and punished.

So, presumably it was a search warrant to find something in a search, as opposed to an arrest warrant to make an arrest. However, the AFT determined that they would NOT search the home without the suspect present, even though they did not plan on ringing the doorbell or demand entry? So, they KNEW they were going to bust down the door regardless, yet they waited until the guy was home instead of picking him up at work or at the grocery store or something? Its obvious that they wanted him home in hopes that they could kill him. And now they have bureaucratically enacted a rule change that makes it easier for them to "justify" doing this to millions of Americans.

They went out of their way to make sure he was home when they arrived.. Not to mention cutting someone’s power is in no way shape or form, part of serving a search warrant. Also not to mention they went out of their way to make sure it wasn’t recorded! It is standard practice at this point for most (if not all) law enforcement officers to wear a body cam. Hell even the few officers in the small town I live in wear them. Yet out of 10 people involved not a single person had one? Does that not seem suspicious to you?
