The FDIC is the organization that would provide you insurance on your bank accounts if the stock market ever crashed again. That’s the whole reason it was created. So we never have to have another depression in the US.
The FDIC is not part of the appropriations process. It is funded by bank insurance premiums.

I love how he has made sure to bring the behavior into the light, (so it can't be "swept under the rug" anymore) he just wants fairness and decency from the upper management, (accountability) but he wants EVERYONE there to be treated with dignity and respect. Many jobs I have had such as happened. Saying no cost me, lack of hours , constantly change of orders , conflict orders, attempts to set me up,moved to a different position with no cause , schedule time change to affect my babysitter availability, transportation, family time. It all cost me not them for their inappropriate attention.
